If I had the option to give zero stars, I would choose it! Among the 6 staff members present, I was the only patron and unfortunately, none of them knew how to deal with a customer or understand the problem I was discussing regarding a DoorDash order that had gone wrong. Trinity and Jeremiah, who were two incompetent workers, harassed our dasher by refusing to provide him with the food he was there to pick up, claiming that it was not in their system. Despite showing them the order and the receipt, they still refused to release it without the approval of door dash customer support. Furthermore, when the order finally arrived, half of it was missing! When I addressed this issue with them, they responded by rolling their eyes and making fun of me, implying that I must be a religious person with a questionable character due to the shirt I was wearing that had "god" written on it. To aggravate matters, Jeremiah brazenly remarked about the possibility of spitting in the food. How is such behavior acceptable? Read moreThis was the worst customer service. I ordered and sat at the window for several minutes before they opened it. She handed the bag and drink to me without saying anything. I looked through and noticed they forgot the nachos. I sat and waited. Another girl opened the window- didn't say anything....so I proceeded to tell her they forgot the chips. She didn't say anything. Closed the window and went to get the chips. Gave them to me without saying anything again. I drove off and my daughter asked for a cinnamon crisp...noticed they forgot those too. Turned around to get them and same thing happened. No apologies, no desire to really correct the situation or offer anything...not one word. So I told her that everyone makes mistakes and that's totally fine, but it's good practice to apologize when you do. Again, nothing. She just stared at me and then closed the window. I'm not expecting chick-fil-a service or anything but I won't be returning to this particular Taco Bell.

Read moreRolled up at 12am, info states restaurant does not close until 1am. Lights on at the restaurant, menu and screens outside completely off. Drove off assuming they were closing or closed however my passenger noticed them waiving at the window. Came back around and were told they could take our order, stating he was planning to take it but we “drove off”. I advised we drove off because the screens were off, when asked why he stated “he’s not a tech”. Then stated he could take the order at the window, which we have no menu so unsure if we were supposed to magically know. When we went to pull up the menu on the phone he stated they couldn’t take a card and showed me a keypad that was “down”. I’m not sure who has cash on hand like that but we didn’t like most people. I believe the staff decided to wrap things up early and weren’t expecting people to catch on.
