Marco’s Pizza — Restaurant in Frisco

The pizza and crust was soaked in grease. I tooked the pizza out of my car and noticed that some of the grease spilled. It's a good thing that the pizza was sitting on something instead of the actual car seat. The bottom of the box was so full of grease that it made a huge grease stain in the shape of the pizza, leaked through the box and after putting the pizza down, grease was on my countertop. After cleaning the countertop, I had to place the box on top of the cheese stick box. The crust was so full of grease that when I touched, not hold,but touched the pizza you can see the grease on my fingers. That's a shame because Marco's was highly recommended since I haven't ordered a pizza since moving to Texas. It's funny when I told the person who recommended the place to me what happened, they stated that when they get a greasy pizza from there or wherever, they take a paper towel and dab the pizza before they eat it. I never heard of such a thing. Maybe that's a DFW thing...serving pizza dripping with grease. I understand that pizza has grease, but not extreme as that. However, the cheese sticks were pretty good, the reason for the two stars. If that's your thing, extremely greasy pizza,you will love Marco's or any pizza restaurant. We need more staff members here that are American and people that can speak clear English. This is unacceptable. The whole staff here are Indian who do not know how to speak English and can’t communicate properly. My order was never made and when I called they continuously hung up on me. Not only that, they refused to let me talk to a manager when I requested it multiple times. They just simply didn’t understand me and this is a problem. I’ve been coming to this location for years and will never come again. I hope they improve their staff.

UPDATE*: The manager called me the next day and “tried” to make things right. But here’s the problem - he was also Indian and we had no clue what he was saying. The quality in the food at Rolater location has changed and when you pay $35 for pizza, I expect to get what I ordered. I had a delivery for a pepperoni melt and this is the third time I’ve ordered this pizza from this location and they always seems to forget the garlic sauce on my crust with the white sauce, as well as the soda I received was “WARM”. I’ll called the location back and I told them they forgot the garlic sauce and the white sauce on my pizza. They said they would have a new pizza delivered to me within an hour swapping out the old Pizza for the new Pizza. Received the new delivery AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. I Originally ordered a “pepperoni melt” and they sent me a pepperoni pizza which looked like they didn’t even keep it in the oven long enough. I called back, spoke to AJ the manager told him what happened and that I would not be returning to this location....
