Decided to try Morning Bliss and was not disappointed! It was about 10AM and we were greeted with warm smiles from the hostess and owner and seated right away. The atmosphere was nice with plenty of outside light coming in, but not too much. Our server was nice and attentive. Service was fast as our food was out in 10 minutes. I had the Country Special which consisted of two eggs, hash browns and biscuit and gravy and my daughter had the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. I also got one pancake on the side for some sweetness to counter the savory. I've had this type of breakfast at many many places, from chain restaurants, cafes, greasy spoons, roadside diners, local mom and pops you name it and this was one of the best! The eggs were cooked perfect(over medium for me), the hash browns were perfect, a little crispy on the outside but not too crunchy, and tender on the inside but not too greasy or soft. The biscuits were nice and soft but not doughy. The gravy had great flavor and didn't taste processed. One of the things I noticed right away was that the food was not overly seasoned which I was very happy with as I can season to my taste! I would say the only negative was the pancake was too sweet. Without syrup it was already sweet but add the syrup and it was overly sweet. The portions were good for the price. My daughter could not even eat half of hers before she was full.
