DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Worst customer service I've ever seen. Very rude workers. They will NOT allow you to order anything in the store. They are rude and will NOT help you. They will yell at you to place an order online instead of just doing it at the register. My card wasn't going through online so I asked if she could just swipe my card or I could pay in cash and she said no and I asked if she could help me order and she told me to leave! They had 4 employees working and none of them were taking orders. People were coming in and not able to order and they wouldn't help any of us. They were just flat out ignoring all our questions. Online ordering said "not accepting orders" and the woman did not care she flat out refused to take our orders and told us to leave. Absolutely ridiculous multiple customers were walking out with me. Then later on I found out my order did go through and I got charged $20 yet didn't receive anything. She told me she didn't have my order and there was nothing she could do. Each time I was there, the owners were very...lukewarm. They’re not rude, but not welcoming. I’ve seen them take time with customers and have in depth conversations about appreciating their business. I even introduced myself to one of them who said nothing in return. It was very awkward.
I was left wondering internally if they wanted my business. They would not say hi even when I did.

I went to this location recently for the first time try it out. I ordered a Mango Magic smoothie. Service was great, quick, drink tasted alright. Not great but not bad. The total came to $7.35. I chose not to tip. Why? I did not dine in, and a smoothie takes about two minutes to make. I stand there and wait for my order. There’s no “service” or walking from table to table going on. When I did not tip and paid with my card, a message saying “BAD TIP” came up. Well, guess what? I am a student who works very hard for her money.
