Service is awful. Husband drove through this morning to order donuts along with some other items. Nobody in front of him. Gets to the window and they hand him everything from the order EXCEPT the donuts. Then, the person who took the order comes over and says she didn’t hear him order donuts… he then pulls out the receipt that shows all the donuts ordered… only after she was going to try to charge him $12 more dollars for donuts. SMH! She then went and got the donuts but was in no rush… you think she would have tried to hurry at least a little bit... Workers were just sitting around doing nothing… all this to say, my kids were late to school after the cluster of a situation at this location this morning. This was the second time in a week they forgot our donuts. The first was over this past weekend and they forgot a whole box of 6 glazed donuts. At least we live close enough to go back and get them. Really disappointing since we were SO excited to have this location open.

This happened on Wednesday, 2/14 at approx 7:30 AM through the drive through and on Sunday 2/11 approx 9:30 AM in store. Above is pretty detailed on what happened. Order on Wednesday was coffee, chocolate milk, 1 kolache and 9 donuts. total was approx $19. Staff tried to charge for donuts a 2nd time becuase apparently the stores copy of the receipt didn't show the donuts. The most frustrating part is that even after being made aware of the issue and being shown the receipt, there was still no sense of urgency to get the problem resolved. Husband said 3-4 workers were just kind of standing around trying to figure out what happened... solution would be to fix the customer issue then try to figure out what happened later, especially when the customer shows you their receipt that you JUST...

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I have heard that the donuts are decent. Unfortunately I was not able to try the donuts so I can not comment on the taste. I went right at 5:02 am to get fresh donuts at the McKinney location. The website states that the opening time is 5 am. We went to get just a couple of donuts so we can have it for our breakfast. It is our fasting month so we have to eat before 5:40 am. We were very excited to have these donuts as we have heard about them. When we got there, the door was locked. We waited a few more minutes then knocked until an employee opened the door and he looked confused as to why we were at the door. He said they arent open and he asked inside when they'd open. Someone said at least another hour and a half. There was no sign posted anywhere on why the delay and no notice on the site. I then asked to speak to a manager. He first told us that they have a large order for donuts for an organization and a baker called out. While I can understand the stress,as a paying customer that is not my problem. The stores opening hours are 5 am and thus you should be able to serve at 5 am. We only needed 3 donuts but he did not even ask. I explained how we were about to fast and could not eat past 5:40 am and he seem unbothered. This is unacceptable service from a manager with no regards towards customer service. I would not recommend going to this location as the management and employees are rude and have no respect...

I had the worst experience. I was so excited for this place to open. I waited in the drive thru tor 17 min and was trapped in the line and couldn’t get out. Once I was up to the screen I waited another 5 min. Finally left and went inside where I waited another 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. Meanwhile I saw 7 staff members standing around looking so confused. One girl wiping her nose with her hand while grabbing donuts. After alllll of that I finally get my order and take it to my team at work to find out I was 6 kolaches short and definitely ordered and was charged for 12. I called the store to try and get some resolution and the manager on the phone was incredibly dismissive and rude. Tried to give her my order number to refund my card and she wasn’t having it. Her only offer was for me to come back in and get my other 6. I don’t have time for that after I just sat in that establishment for 30 min. I...
