Horrible experience. The manager at the store was very rude this morning, 9/11/25. I don’t know his name, but he said he’s the manager. The store opens at 9:00 and at 9:10 he finally opened the door just because he saw me waiting. He didn’t have a good attitude from the beginning. He told me that the oven was not warm and he didn’t have the bread I Want it. He told me “Do you want a cold sandwich or not”. He also said that he was by herself by himself opening, so things were not ready and added “no one buys a sandwich at 9:00 A.M. so that’s why i don’t have anything ready” I said “how can I speak with the manager? “ and he said “I’m the manager”. He left while I was speaking with him. He obviously doesn’t like his job and doesn’t know anything about customer service. He could have said he didn’t have things ready in a nice way. I was not rude to him, but he interrupted me when I was speaking. Since I live in Frisco, this has been my store, for many years, but I’ll never go back because I wouldn’t like to see this person and be treated like this again. I hope someone can say something to him to prevent him to treat customers this way. Read moreOn May 29th, 2025, at 6:20 PM, I visited this location to pick up dinner on my way home from work. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged for about three minutes. After that time, a younger woman appeared and began preparing food. I let her know that I wanted a half turkey sub on wheat bread.
She informed me that wheat bread was only available for online orders due to a bread shortage. I explained that I have an intolerance to other types of bread and could only eat wheat. Despite this, she stated she could not make the sandwich because her manager instructed her not to. I pointed out that if the bread is still available for online orders, it should not be an issue to use it for a walk-in customer with a dietary restriction.
She continued to refuse, saying she couldn’t make the sandwich. I then asked for her name and the manager’s contact information, which she declined to provide. I also requested the corporate number and was denied that as well.

I asked if they could use a clean knife to cut my sandwich since I didn't want cross contamination with other meats and he says we don't have clean knifes and I can't clean a knife for you because we are busy. Thereweres only 3 people eating their sandwich and nobody else. They weren't doing anything either. I said every subway I have gone to are understanding and nice and use a clean knife and that is how it is supposed to be for hygienic reasons and he says they shouldn't. He was very rude and took my receipt and trashed it. They are not customer friendly, they are lazy and unhygienic.
