I haven't been in a taco bell in 5 years and now I know the reason I didn't comeback. I went to this place around 3:00 pm on Wednesday. The drive thru was pretty quite which should of gave me a sign.
But anyway, I order me nacho volcano and burrito supreme from the drive thru. You now after looking at all the commercial I thought this volcano would be pretty good. I was wrong, it tasted horrible after a few bites, I was so hungry I tried to eat but every time I took a bite it got worst with the taste, so I had enough.
So I went back and took everything back including the burrito supreme since it was cold and didn't look to fresh either. Once I got there, I told them that I like to have my money back and the lady at the cash register took my request. She ask me what's wrong with the food ( I told her the reason why ) taste awful and didn't taste fresh.
When I told her that I would like my money back and didn't like the food she look at the food and said she will not be able refund the volcano but will be able to refund the burrito, because already eat part of the food. I really didn't argue with her, because I knew if she didn't feel she wanted to give my money back, I was going take it to corporate office and tell them my story.
For some odd reason, she end up giving back my money for everything, which is the reason I rated good for customer service. So I was okay with it, but I did have to waste my time to go back when I post to be working.
All I can say enter at your own risk at this place. And be sure if you don't like it the first bite, don't eat no more you may not get your money back. I'm done with it, I'm sticking with taco cabana, way better food.
I did notice one thing, which I thought it was odd about everything, she didn't offer me a new plate, to make up for the first one. Which I thought she should do to avoid giving me back money. To me she should offer me a money back plus a new plate. That would of been the ultimate customer service.
But it really didn't matter anyway, I wouldn't have took it. it's really a shame I use to love taco bell back in the day, I think quality of the food had really went down hill. I think Frito Lay & Pepsi need to go back to quality meat with taco bell.

Another disappointing experience at the same Taco Bell that is right around the corner from where I live I call and talk to the manager about the wings and told her that the wings was hot and I had even waited for them because I was going to eat them on the way home she kept telling me no there was hot we don't serve cold wings we give to people hot wings and I told her no I'm telling you the wings did not have any heat to it it was like they were sitting up and I know you're busy in the Drive-Thru but I should not have been served cold wings I don't get this at any other fast food place and she kept disputing what I was telling her. Read more5 Stars everytime I visit.. Highly recommend this location. I drive out of my way to come to this Taco Bell. This has to be the best location in the world. The owner and management are top notch. I've been coming here for over 20 years. I have any issues. Food is always fresh and comes out fast. The staff is always friendly. The store is always very clean. They never mess anything up. Doesn't matter what time I come, I feel appreciated and welcomed. Today the man taking my order was gentleman named Mario. He truly is a staple. He took my order at the drive thru. He couldn't be any nicer. I felt compelled to ask his name and spend time filling out this review. Everything was just perfect. He welcomed me, told me to take my time and order when I'm ready. I didn't feel rushed. He double checked my order. Explained the new items I had questions about. Reminded me to get hot sauce.
