Wendy's — Restaurant in Frisco

Saw a review where stated they were going to call police in regards to same employee I dealt with. Not sure if to believe anyone said no to police, when it's obvious Wendy's cooperate doesn't care what happens here! This employee will take her son to work and they don't do or say anything for child endangerment the management all know but let it slide, I complained back in February, no follow up, no response of Any kind and the only email I found online I got Blocked from contacting again whe tried to ask for an update. The only thing they did is move employee sometimes to 12150 FM 423, Frisco, TX 75034. Don't expect anything from complaining to Wendy's they do nothing about it. Unfortunately neither do police, only because young child is involved I didn't press, but with all recording I have it was a lawsuit for sure,against pd too since one officer claimed I was not assaulted when this employee came towards me and slapped my phone in my hands. They have body cam of everything too! When manager was asked for info and cooperate number he only gave me employees name, mind you she is actually working under a different one so this isn't going to affect her anyway Now only time we go here is to see her be mother of the year taking child in for hours upon hours or...

My order number is 3268, I found hair in my fries. So I called in to honestly just try to let someone know about the hair issue. But then the manager was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE. Let me just say this. I didn’t even wanna come to Wendy’s, but my family wanted it.. I’m so tired and exhausted I didn’t want to go to two places (chipotle is what i originally wanted).. so decided to go with Wendy’s… first off they were out of Baked Potatoes which was fine. That’s why i ordered the Pub fries with my order, unfortunately I found ONE LONG black hair in my fries!

So as i mentioned before I called in (was not asking for a refund or remake) Manager answered the phone was completely DISRESPECTFUL and even said he will come outside and fight.

I will be calling tomorrow to speak with another manager to let them know what exactly happened. It’s all on video.

He said his name was Donald Duck is what he claimed to be ! He literally sat there and argued with me over remaking my order. Worst experience ever ! Please do not come to this Wendy’s!!!

I would give no stars. I don’t know how this business has such a high rating. Cashier did not come to take our order until a cook motioned him over. He did not greet us or reply when we said hello. Mind you, it was not busy and before lunch rush so no need for any attitude or rudeness. We request that our 4 burgers be made fresh, due to every Wendy’s giving us pre-made burgers. The burgers were inconsistent in flavor and freshness. I requested one of the burgers be remade since it did not taste new and the cashier rudely explained that they “do not make the burgers any other way,” but I insisted that it be remade. I watched the burger be made and even the new ingredients tasted old. This place feels extremely dirty, like everything is covered in grease. I regret eating the burger and it makes me feel like throwing it up. That’s how disgustingly dirty this place is. I will never eat at Wendy’s again. Especially this one.
