Update 10/19/22 Another amazing experience! The app wouldn't allow me to do cash for carry-out and I was really craving the shaqroni pizza. The app lets early access for these special pizzas, for Papa John's members. That does NOT mean the store is making them yet. A really kind and understanding man, with brown wavy hair, short beard and glasses, placed the order for me via telephone, after explaining they weren't doing the pizza yet BUT he'd still allow it.
He was very patient, kind, didn't rush me and reassured me, when I kept apologising and misunderstood the cheese stick options. Seriously, this Papa John's is the best! He really took care of me/my food. The other crew members were very kind as well.

Time and time again, I'm always amazed at how great of this specific Papa John's is. The manager personally contacted me to notify me of my order/okay it with me. She was so kind and the delivery driver was very kind as well.
You all need to understand, when there's a bad manager, there will be issues. However this manager is really taking things seriously and trying to better this store.
My orders have NEVER been screwed up nor have I ever been given cold pizza. Please, understand these people are working so hard to make sure we have a full stomach and are taken care of. If you have any issues, they will gladly take care of it.
I used to get this pizza every Friday night with my dad and brothers. We'd spend a few days binging horror movies in the living room. I haven't had the same quality of Papa John's pizza since I moved here! I've lived in over six states and none make it as good/the same as the place my family and I ate at.
Thank you again for being so kind/considerate and calling me to tell me about the timing. You even waited to cook ituntil the driver was close by, that way it would be hot and fresh....
Read moreHi everyone! I have never left a negative review before. I try to hope that my bad experiences at establishments will be better next time. However, as a prior employee of this Papa John’s this needs to be said.
No one takes cleanliness seriously. During the COVID pandemic, I have seen my coworkers cough on food and refuse to wear masks. When I asked management to do something I was ignored and given eye rolls. I then got sick with a fever and severe cough and needed a COVID test. My general manager, Dawon, forced me to come into work.
Food has fallen on the ground and been served to customers. Screens for the pizzas are disinfected by being put in the oven and not washed. Washing your hands... it depends on the person. Nothing is taken seriously.
My personal experiences include Dawon stealing my money, physically pushing me into the oven, intentionally clocking me in late, calling me derogatory terms, etc. He has not only physically and verbally hurt me, but I have witnessed him taking his anger out on a disabled coworker and customers.
As for the delivery process, Angel and Chris get to choose what deliveries they want to take. Not only is it unfair but it makes other deliveries late. Often three deliveries will be taken at once and they will be picked based on the presumably larger tip.
Just remember when you order from this Papa John’s that they do not care enough to have a hr department or fire an abusive manager. We have many great pizza places in town especially the Melting Pot. However, Papa John’s is not one of them. Thank you...
Read moreThe food itself is decent, but they never seem to have enough delivery drivers at this store so if you have it delivered, there’s like a 50/50 chance that they will cancel your order after almost an hour of waiting, they’ll send the wrong items, or it’ll get DoorDashed and arrive 3 hours later ice cold. I’ve ordered from here probably ten times in the past year and half of those times I experienced one of the above issues. Despite the issues, I continued to order from them because they are one of the only places around here that has a large delivery radius and delivers late at night. Once they even claimed that my order was delivered and I never received it, but I was granted a replacement the following day after calling and speaking with the manager. Afterwards I decided that it’s just too much headache, and I stopped ordering from them.
There’s several decent local pizza restaurants in the area with FAR better prices, food, and service. (Melting Pot, Anthony’s, Castiglia’s, etc.) Go there instead. I would be more forgiving of Daddy John’s high prices if their service wasn’t...
