Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Front Royal

First of all thank you to the young gentleman working the window tonight. You are very respectful and polite even with my derp moment. To which I'm sorry if I was in anyway rude. You are awesome and for the situation after I think you handled that very well.

We decided to give the older Taco Bell a shot since the newer one had not been very good the last couple of times. We placed our order on the mobile app. They had us pull around to the front after a little while because the food wasn't ready yet. He walks out a bag and didn't bring our drinks. We tell him what drinks we ordered and the sizes. While he runs back in we check our food and we can tell something isn't right. He comes back out to bring us the drinks and we are laying stuff out trying to figure out what is wrong. He proceeds to tell us that everything should be there but that it is probably in the wrong wrapper. They gave us a quesadilla which we didn't even order and shorted us a Doritos locos taco. So he runs back inside again to correct that. After he comes back with the missing taco we pull around to eat and realize he gave us the wrong size drink. We ordered (and told him) a large and he only brought us a medium. So despite our best efforts to catch everything, it was still wrong. First off let me just say that this restaurant needs to be inspected because for far too long has the food been awful. I do not understand how this Taco Bell has this many stars when I have literally never gotten good food from there. Tonight I ordered a Beef crunch wrap , supreme, with a Chalupa and I get home and started to eat the crunch wrap, and there was no meat inside the beef, Crunch wrap supreme The only thing in there was cheese and lettuce. The Chalupa Hardly had any meat in it as well, and it was hard as a brick. I called the restaurant back, And when the employee picked up, I told him I ordered food online and before I could finish, he said what was wrong with it, which was a red flag in my mind He told me to come down and they would replace it. Drove back to town picked up the food opened it up and it was soggy falling apart I could barely pick it up So I threw it in the trash. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this restaurant, bad food, Incompetent employees don’t know how to make meals properly and just slap stuff together.
