Read moreVery good food and great service from our server tonight! Now, for the bad news... After our meal, I went up to pay for our meal and my wife handed me four twenty dollar bills. I know this, because the only ten dollar bill we had was already on the table for our server. The manager took my money and handed me five dollars and some change and closed the drawer. I asked him how much the bill was again, because something was off. He told me the amount ($65. xx) I said that he only gave me the five and some change. He proceeded to argue with me that i gave him $70. Now, I'm not a "the customer is always right" kind of person but he was definitely wrong. 1) I only had $20's to start. So, I couldn't have handed him $70. 2) He argued and insisted that I was wrong. How hard would it have been to look at what he rang up this evening, at last count, and then count the drawer? Which he just counted a few minutes earlier. At least check! I have seen this manager give other customers a difficult time in the past when they got bad service or a bad meal. Now, I know what they were dealing with. I am a local business owner myself. And I would never treat a customer this way! Even if I thought I was right. I guess I'll be crossing another chain restaurant off our list! Maybe he should take some lessons from...
Read moreI placed a Grubhub order of $100. We had the Crepe breakfast, T-bone steak breakfast, a kid’s confetti pancake breakfast, 1 burger meal and 1 chicken sandwich meal also got smoothies. The bacon in the meals tasted funny, none of the fruit was fresh besides the banana that probably was before they cut it up. Every topping that was on our sandwiches went in the trash because they were not fresh or cut that day. Even down to the damn jalapeños Smdh. There was lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños and pickles every last one of them looked old/dried out no damn life in them at all. Our fries were not cooked all the way they were pale as hell had to put them in the air fryer. We were not very happy with this purchase the best thing about it was the smoothies. Other than that we will not be dealing with Denny’s again this location anyway and it used to be the best. I don’t know what has happened.
Update: Tried this place again for the Beetle Juice menu got Beetle Juice Burgers and there was no sauce as advertised asked for a side of sausage gravy for my Biscuit&Gravy which was already only enough for a 10 year old Smdh didn’t receive so this is the last time I will spend money here being as though it’s always over $60 and can’t get what...
