5 stars to Fruitland dunkin!! They always get my order right and know exactly what I get before I even ask! Very friendly and respectful staff, keeps me informed of new flavors of coffee that comes out. Now for princess Anne, berlin, and the other 3 salisbury locations never get my order right, they don't have the product or they very rude and not customer friendly. Management at all 3 in the Salisbury area need to be more accountable. I stop for coffee 6 days a week. Guaranteed my coffee will be wrong 4 of those days. If you complain, the manager will say mistakes happen or they are busy. Your job is to listen to me and give me what I ordered and paid for not what you feel like making. And 4 out of 6 is not a mistake, that's a bad habit. And 5am...
