I went through the drive thru and ordered two double hamburgers with only ketchup (I thought about saying "2 double hams" but refrained in order to avoid any potential confusion/inaccuracy). However, despite my efforts I received two slices of cheese on each burger. The burger wrappers were stickered correctly but a discrepancy was detected with regard to internal ingredient composition.
This experience made me feel powerless. As a consumer, I try to make my food inquiries consise so that I may have a seamless experience. However, when things don't go my way (as was the case at this restaurant) it makes my efforts feel futile. What does someone have to do to get a burger done right around here? I am sad, I am defeated, I am upset.
To improve customer experiences at this restaurant, I put forth the following recommendations as follows: 1.) Ensure the literacy of all employees 2.) Test the functionality of all side 1 and side 2 screens, speakers, and printer machines 3.) Utilize best practice drive thru techniques such as reading the order back to the customer during payment and food pickup 4.) Mandate that every manager successfully has completed the Hamburger University training program in Chicago
I sincerely hope that this establishment will take heed of my advice. You lot are traveling down a dark road. Go towards the light of the golden arches before you find yourself too morally compromised to operate such an esteemed brand of culinary craftsmanship.
