Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fullerton

Taco Bell worker: "hi what can I get you?" Me: "2 burrito supremes and.." Worker: "got it." Me: "umm & fire sauce?" Worker: "got it. First window." Me: semi speechless like ??? Then out of the blue 2nd Worker: "would you like to round up for the children's education fund?" Me: "-_- ...what's my total?" 2nd Worker: "got it" Me (starting to get a little annoyed): "what is my total?" 2nd Worker: "huh? Oh uhhh .... $7.09" Me: "umm yeah I rounded up earli-" Worker: "got it." Me (in my head):* screw it, I don't need a soda anyway *

Ugh so I just proceeded to the first window. & yes this was my 2nd trip to Taco Bell today. Different locations. Anyway I pull up & hand him a $50 bill and 9 cents. He hands me back $3...

Me: "I gave you a $50" Him: "oh what? I thought it was a 10. Hold on. Here's your food." Hands me my bag and closes the window. I notice my burritos feel kinda hard...He gave me 2 hard tacos. I wave him to open the window.

Me: "I ordered 2 burrito supremes" Him: "yeah 2 dorito supremes "

Lol honest mistake I guess but thought he "got it". Hes tapping the screen, looking a little lost. He calls over his manager, I assume. We fill her in, she calls to the back for 2 burrito supremes and then she rings me up for the correct amount and change. She quickly fixed the issues and apologized for the mix up. I feel for her! She's working hard but everyone else is just futtin around. So I drive off and unwrap my "burrito". It was a complete mess. I try to reassemble it so I can get a bite without spilling but this burrito is straight beans, sour cream, and a whole lot of sauce. I didn't even bother trying to eat it. But I was starving so I tried the other burrito. Idk why. Wishful thinking. Ugh thank God this isn't my local Taco Bell cuz this one...

I went through drive thru with my friend order bean burritos and chalupa , they end up giving me someone else ordered so I had to park and go inside and line was long, then I explain finally got my ordered , and I told them no cheese but I guess cashier who takes order or the food maker never pay attention to their screen all my food has cheese and their Chulaoa was so greasy and taste like soft taco nothing off the wall taste , Taco Bell is getting to be real bad with food , not the way it used to be . And the cook needs to drain those oils out where is the management there. Unbelievable No wonder long people stop eating fast food , I barely eat fat food just today I decide to get oh yea price is way higher too which I understand but the quality of food was disgusting . Please if you order thru drive thru make sure before taking off check your order and open n look . I ordered chicken Chinatown and they give me beef on top of it it was full with oil Their workers are not posting attention to orders at all .. P.S I think employees needs to be retrain and not mixed the ordered and make sure food has no particles in it otherwise this can go to health safety and reported to health dpt for food being under temperature which bacterial can grow and it can lead to customers...

Just ordered for delivery. How about get the orders right. If we are ordering for delivery means we can’t come to the location. I ordered 2 chicken burritos with black beans and also a chicken quesadilla and what I got was 2 burritos missing chicken and beans like what’s the point and cold. Then my quesadilla comes completely stuck to the paper all of it and what’s inside is even funnier. ONLY BEANS no chicken no cheese nothing just bread and black beans. This was my first and last time ordering from here. Do yourself a favor if u go to this spot before you leave check your order and PLEASE NEVER order delivery with them because obviously the staff is incompetent of putting together simple food. Money wasted as Door dash only refunded me 7 bucks and change which u know does not cover the meal. So my money wasted and now I’ll have to buy food somewhere else. Thanks a lot Taco Bell...
