Picturesque little park that’s never very crowded! I like the access to some of the Brea Dam trails. With a little effort, it’s possible to climb up the hill adjoining the dam. From there, the road at the top of the dam is accessible, as well as the pathways connecting thru the maze of lower Brea Dam trails! Good place for a picnic with tree shaded tables, trash containers and routine maintenance. The takeaway here is the deplorable condition of the locked restroom facility, with vagrants loitering and trashing the gated entrance. Oh well, Paradise is...

The Brea Damn is a great place to go if you want to go hiking , or bike rising the trails ,and it is great for having a BBQ with your little dog like I do with Nicolas ( my little dog) I do this quite often . Oh be prepared to pee in the bushes though as they still have not fixed up the Mens or Women's bathrooms. Bring your toilette paper....
