Starbucks — Restaurant in Fullerton

I understand that it gets extremely packed and busy at times. But that is why you need a staff that is capable of handling that amount of foot traffic. I waited 30 minutes for a cold brew with 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. I understand that I chose to wait that long. But what I saw was lack of effort and leadership. The staff members did not change their pace of work completely disregarding how long the line got or how long people have been waiting for their drinks. They were all talking and having a jolly time working. These kids need to have some serious leadership that will motivate them to EARN their paychecks. Drinks tasted fine. Service was good. Wait time was reasonable..but I've seen real Starbucks employees who appreciate their positions and take their jobs seriously. Pick...

The doors are never open at 7, or even 7:10, so why does it say they open at 7 on the door? Hey if it takes longer to set up I completely understand, but change the sign instead of getting my hopes up. Just officially open at 7:30 instead so I can plan my breakfast trip accordingly. The people are really nice but honestly I have yet to have a positive experience here—either I’m waiting to get in or waiting an unusually long time to horrifically overpay...

Out of all of the Starbucks on the CSUF campus, this one is the best for the shortest lines. While Pollack is packed and the TSU is too, this one has always remained pretty steady. It is also bigger than the others with more space inside and out for seating. Because of the bigger store, there is bigger staff, and therefore better service.
