I understand that it gets extremely packed and busy at times. But that is why you need a staff that is capable of handling that amount of foot traffic. I waited 30 minutes for a cold brew with 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. I understand that I chose to wait that long. But what I saw was lack of effort and leadership. The staff members did not change their pace of work completely disregarding how long the line got or how long people have been waiting for their drinks. They were all talking and having a jolly time working. These kids need to have some serious leadership that will motivate them to EARN their paychecks. Drinks tasted fine. Service was good.
