Ordered a pizza for delivery. App said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. Called the store and the “manager” called the driver. I could hear the conversation. The driver said he already delivered the order so the “manager” told him he needed to go check again. The manager got back on the phone with me and said the driver was on his way with my order. I advised the “manager” that if my food was delivered to the wrong house I no longer wanted it and they need to remake it. I told him I could hear his conversation with the driver, he doubled down that the driver was in the way with my order. I waited outside and recorded the driver picking up pizza from the ground in from of my neighbors house and then proceeding to start walking it over to me. I told the driver I didn’t want it as it was delivered to the wrong house and left in the ground. I called the store back and another employee answered I asked to speak to the “manager” was placed on a brief hold and was advised that the “manager” was busy. The employee did advised he processed a refund as per my request. I asked for contact information for the owner but was advised he could provide me contact info for the GM but was then unable to locate it. He did advise the GM would be in the next day. I do plan on following up with the GM based on my experience especially since the manager lied. I do not plan on ordering from this location again. I guess it’s a good thing Papa John’s has opened...
Read moreI'm done....This is 3rd time in a month that I have attempted to place a delivery order from the Fulshear Domino's Pizza. This is the 3rd time they have either refused to accept my order or make it over an hour to receive the pizza due to their delivery issues. When asked to cancel my order this last time, they did but couldn't confirm my cancellation in any way. I am supposed to wait several days and look it up on my credit card account to see if they followed through with the cancellation. It is very obvious that they do not want to offer delivery as an option. They have made it so difficult to use their delivery option as to keep people from using the service. Tonight the excuse was that they only had 2 delivery drivers working and they both just left so it would be over an hour before they could send anything. The 2 times I attempted to use the delivery option prior their website wouldn't even accept the order, which I guess is actually better than worrying about a charge on my credit card! However, the website allowed me to use several minutes filling out an order and at the end refused to accept it. Extremely irritating considering the low quality of the food you are attempting to order!! Never Again.....Good...

My wife picked up a handmade pan pizza only to discover they gave her the wrong order. She opened the box and realized it wasn't what we ordered, so the logical thing to do is go back through the drive-through and inform the staff the issue. When she notifies the staff, the one staff member at the window grabs the pizza, stuffs the receipt back in the box and places the box that my wife opened BACK IN THE SHELF, only for it to be given to the individual that ordered the pizza my wife was given. She said the name on the receipt was Alex bucahan or somewhere around those lines. This happened 1/3/2025 between 6 - 6:30pm. My wife was shocked because of what they did. Who knows if they have done the same thing to another individual or individuals by giving them the wrong pizza and placing it back on the shelf after another individual opened it. This is...
