Pepperoni's Pizza - Fulshear — Restaurant in Fulshear

Okay I'm giving this review a three-star I would have considered it a to Star as a result of what happened a year ago I'm a disabled veteran over 60 years old I ordered a pizza inside and normally they would bring it to my table however they just left it there under the heater and when I went up to get it I asked them why they couldn't have brought it to my table and they said they don't do that however they have done it earlier that day and I also had it delivered to my table many times the manager was very rude she was with red hair glasses I don't know her name and she followed me all the way outside to my truck complaining about me taking a glass of lemonade instead of water from her fountain machine all I did was dilute my water with a little bit of lemonade and she made of fiasco over everything. I did not give it a review I just let it go however this time I drove up in my car to the window for a pickup last Thursday night and there was a vehicle in front of me the man sat there for a long time chatting with the guy inside who had blonde curly hair and a little bit of a beard with glasses and after they left my pizza was finished 10 minutes ago and was a little bit cold I said to the server why he didn't have the car in front of me drive around like they tell me when I pull up to the drive-up window waiting for my order and the young man responded he was a long-time customer and that is why he gave him special treatment I said I think that's discrimination why isn't every customer treated equally and when we order pizzas in advanced we hope to get it in a reasonable time and not having to wait in the drive up for an additional 15 minutes so two individuals can chat about old times and for him to say he's a special customer that's not fair and impartial to the other customers who have been shopping at Pepperoni's for for several years like myself other than that great pizza that's why I enjoy going there but they need some additional training...

This is the only pizza place close to me. I want to give them a 5 star rating but just can’t. I ordered delivery and the pizza showed up in a generous amount of time. Problem was, it was not at all what I ordered. The delivery guy gave an attitude like “what do you want me to do?” I asked him to take the order back and deliver what I ordered. I should have known something was amiss when the lady answering the phone was very hurried and didn’t really seem concerned with taking my order. It’s sad, the business owner is very nice and unfortunately has to suffer from this type of nonsense. They get two stars only because of that. update pizza arrived super great pizza!! Very nice delivery guy this time. Best part, they didn’t charge me for the large pizza. Good way to turn bad situation...

I couldn’t believe it, there’s a thief among their staff, and this person that attended to me happens to be a woman, I used my debit card to pay for my purchase, thank God I checked my bank account the following day after I bought pizza from there, only to discovered that there has been a charge on my debit card twice in the sum of $1378 from Bestbuy, I got it disputed with my bank and cancelled the card, what a bad experience, my first time buying pizza there and definitely the last, customers beware as they have their register at the back, don’t trust them with your credit/debit card, pay close attention and you hold your card to swipe for the transaction yourself or pay cash alternatively, because I’m sure they have your card details somehow to make online...
