If you expect basic politeness, consistently decent food, and to get everything you order (or even just a timely correction of a mistake), don't waste your time.
The food itself is usually fine (sometimes it's an hour late and outright burnt to a crisp), but this has to be the most poorly managed Domino's ever. They consistently "only have two driver's because two didn't come in." I've heard that exact excuse three times now. They will not give you ranch even when you pay extra. I have literally never gotten a ranch when I ordered it. I called back 56 minutes after asking them to please send a ranch with their next driver because we really do want it with the chicken to remind them we STILL did not have the ranch. The girl on the phone said in a very rude tone they were "busy" because of their driver problem. That's really not my problem, and I really don't need the attitude. That is your responsibility. And honestly, it's just stinking ranch. It's not that big of a deal, and it's also not hard to throw one in the box at least half of the time, and it's definitely not hard to be polite when your organization is clearly failing at what it's supposed to do.
I've been working with the public for twelve years. I've had my share of awful jobs and excessively stressful situations and customers screaming and losing their minds at me, and I've never had the gall to speak to a customer that way—even when they're wrong, but most especially not when my team is in the wrong. It's just ridiculous.
I have ordered from them more than once hoping they would get over whatever transition they may have been going through, but this just appears to be the status quo. Don't waste your money (or your evening).

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food at 8:30 for a pinpoint delivery. It said at 9:17 it was out of the oven for the quality check. At 9:50, still not out for delivery, I called to check. If they were short I was going to just go and pick up the food to keep it from getting cold. The assistant manager of the location answered the phone and said that he had mine out on delivery. I waited until 10:17 before trying to call again. No answer. Decided to just drive to the location and get my refund since the food would be cold at this point. I walked in to a delivery driver about to walk out the door with my order. I was going to just get the delivery fee back and tip, but he was EXTREMELY rude and said since it was a pin point delivery they didn’t even have to bring it anyways. Im not from here and did not have an address to provide for the location we were fishing at, only 7 minutes away from the store. I told them to just refund my money. He said the assistant manager would have to help me with this. She continued to make pizzas for approx 10 minutes before finally coming to assist me. While waiting A ROACH comes out from where the PIZZA dough is sitting. She did not speak other than answering that she was the person who I spoke to on the phone and told me my order was out for delivery, and confirmed she was not the store manager but the assistant. Read moreThis was the most horrible experience. Store 5855 on West Meighan Blvd Gadsden AL. I did an online order for pick up, got to the restaurant went in the lobby to pick up my order. The lady explained the lobby was closed and I would need to pull around to the drive thru window, so I did. I pulled up to the window around 815pm my order was already ready. several people were in there and they all saw me in the drive thru. I continued to wait as they were busy, however I was never acknowledged, not a I will be with you in just a sec.. nothing. I started to wave my hands to get someone to come speak to us. still nothing. They would look right at me and then just turn around. I proceeded to blow the horn of my vehicle.. still no acknowlement. I began to call the store then finally a lady came over and asked if someone has helped us.. by then nearly 10 minutes of trying to be acknowledged had went by. I expressed the dissatisfaction of my visit and told them I wanted my money back and I would take my business elsewhere. a simple we are busy someone bwill be with you shortly goes a long way. especially when the order was ready and already paid for all they had to do was hand me my order.
