McDonald's — Restaurant in Gaffney

I literally just came through on my wY to see my grandmother in the nursing home in gaffney, I got a sausage burrito combo With a tea... I said with a TEA not large tea. So she rand me up. And said pull around. Didn't give me a total..... It was 7 something. And the combo is 5.50 something plus tax. But not that much tax right. Righ!!! She upcharged me for a large tea!!!! I didn't ask for it she just gave it to me. They give you no time to speak before or after the take your money and give you your food. But I said to myself. You know I'm not worried about the upcharge I got to go. Got me a large tea ill have drink FOR LATER. So ask she continued for conversation with another employee while dangling my food out the window, I grabbed my food and drink and drove off... thought it was large, but in fact it's a small. The cup is filled from top to bottom with ice, I can not even get my straw in the dang cup... and my burritos were cold. What's up with that McDonald's on...

Im assuming that management is okay with just anyone working the drive-through window. We sat in line forever on Sunday afternoon with 2 cars in front of us. We assumed someone had made a large purchase or they were having to make new fries etc. When we made it to the window the person at the window was spaced completely out. Standing there. She goes over to make our drink and it takes her a good 5 min to make the drink. She brings our order to the window and asks us what we have. We told her and she handed us a bag and the drink. The drink has 2 pieces of ice in it. Not sure why it took her that long to make the drink if she didn't put ice in it. She clearly was not in her right state of mind. And her co workers had to know that. There had to be management on site somewhere to see that. Im just stating the obvious here. Management needs to do better. The food was cold and tasted stale. Just not pleased...

An order was placed on a cell phone, when we got there and tried to let them know we were there we received a messege that they were having technical difficulties and that we needed to come inside to pick up our order. I went in and had to get a girls attention to help me after standing at the counter for 5 minutes right there where she was. I gave her our order number and still had to wait at least another 10 minutes for her to bag up our food , she handed me empty cups to fix my own drinks instead of doing them like they would have if they had brought it out to our car. People were not friendly and cut you off when you started to speak to them, quite rudely and acted like it was an imposition to fill an order that should have been ready, they offered no apology but acted more like I owed them one...not going back to...
