Sub Station II — Restaurant in Gaffney

Updated to 5 stars because I went back and had a way better experience and they added more toppings. We've went back multiple times since and it's now our favorite!

Ordered online for a 6:30 pickup. Called to see if I could add something to our subs at and it was already made. Not sure why it was made so early. I thought to myself good thing I didnt get anything hot but when I got there the rack wasn't even refrigerated. Keep in mind I ordered at 5 so I wondered how long it had sat if it was done at 6.. next the order was wrong TWICE in one night!

The size and sub were right the first time but they put extra toppings that weren't supposed to be on mine for bf ran it back for a swap, no biggy they were nice about it when I called to give them a heads up and walked them through exactly what I had ordered so it could be corrected. The second time it was MISSING toppings and was not the large size I'd ordered.

I'm pretty upset that they got it wrong in different ways twice. They also don't have standard sub toppings like pickles (they only offer the long ones on the side) cucumbers or spinach. I'll give it one more shot with a different...

Update to their response: my bad I forgot to mention we got two large sandwiches .. Also; I did say NO lettuce and NO tomato what part don’t you get .. whether it is standard of them to ask whatever … I asked for no lettuce on both sandwiches and both had lettuce!!!

This substation use to be good but i don’t know what happened after their renovation the 20+ dollar Shelly t bird sandwich was made incorrectly , I literally just wanted the sandwich as it is made yet they ask if I wanted lettuce , tomato etc, I said no just the turkey bacon and Swiss with added mayo/mustard and pickle , yet the lettuce was still on there. This is the 3rd time I've been to this specific location and the 3rd time my meal has been wrong. I get all the way home just to find out my sandwich is missing items I specifically asked for . Asked for extra onions and olives and received NEITHER on my footlong sandwich. That blockade glass is useless and prevents you from seeing if your food is correctly made. No other SS2 stores have that. Only problems I've EVER had are at this specific store. Will never be back. Will drive 30 miles to Spartanburg from here on out.
