Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gaines Charter Township

My wife came into this Little Caesars on the friday before memorial day and we ordered their new deep dish pizza and cheese bread sticks. The pizza had an odd flavor, the top layer of cheese was melted but the entire layer under was not. Crust was over done on the outside but doughy on the inside. The bread sticks were WAY over seasoned (which we didn't mind too much honestly) but they were very cold by time she got it the 3 minute drive home. I called to let the general store manager know the situation and he apologized. He then said "there is only a 24 hr window to call and complain to rectify the situation." I let him know before hand the reason we waited was so we could speak to the general manager and he said he was there that night and there all weekend. The juvenile waitstaff were acting wild that evening as well paying no attention to the food. We will spend 2 dollars more and drive 1 minute further up the road now for Jets Pizza. Went to the store at 11:30am on 7/26/25 and ordered the 2 large classic pizzas for $9.99 and one hot and ready pepperoni pizza, along with 2 jalapeño cheeses with the total coming to $17.57. Paid. Guy asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said no. He told me 4 minutes to wait. I sat down. Guy came out 5 minutes later with 2 pizzas. I told him I had three. He said I only paid for 2. I asked him how the two pizzas would cost $17.57, to which he became elevated, to the extent of another guy coming from the back. We tried to order from this restaurant using the Little Caesars app. When I got to the restaurant, the gentleman at the counter said that they had no record of our order. When I showed him my phone with the app, which showed that not only was I at the correct store but I had already paid for it, he shrugged and said that they didn’t have our order.
