Today's date March 23 2024. I've held off on writing a review for this place. I was going to see if the lady that runs it would chill out and calm herself. But today I revisit this place for the 1st time since this place had credit card mistakes to many many customers. This place made on my and many cc customers several months back ago. They or their cc company made a big mistake on many peoples cc and they did not want to correct the issue. They were asking me the customer to correct the issue by calling my cc and for me to deal with it myself for hours on end.. I said "NO" it's not my mistake. It's your mistake and you need to be the one to invest the hours to correct it, not me. I explained to the so called lady that as a business owner and as it's her mistake she needs to tell customer to rest assure that she would take care of it. But even her as a business owner or a business manager what ever she is, she did not want to deal with her mistake. She disliked me from this day forward. So this is how they treat there customers when they make or have a mistake. They make it or want to make it the customers problem. So today March 23rd 2024 I decided to revisit as if I never had been there before. I had even hoped she not even recognized me at all. Had no plans but to eat and of course pay by cash, (not cc) and leave. But she was already aggressive again. Telling the waitress that I was the cc problem guy. When in fact I was not any problem back then when they had a cc issue with there cc company supposedly. They blamed there cc company as the problem of over 100 people cc info stolen or charged multiple times. And this So called lady tried to get ALL HER CUSTOMERS to fix problem that the restaurant had. So needless to say.... #1. ILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE A 3RD CHANCE. #2. ILL NEVER BE BACK. #3. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL TO ANYONE!!! IN MY OPENION...
Read moreIf you like sushi then you will love Bluefin! Sushi is a specialty but they also offer hibachi grilling, bowls, and plates so anyone should have no problem finding something they prefer. The staff all work hard and are very attentive. Inside the building they have created a positive atmosphere that shows part cultural heritage and part local community friends or partners. They definitely look to be involved in the local community, especially involving children. Visited again almost a year later and the food is still amazing, hard working staff and a beautifully decorated atmosphere. Very busy but got us seated, food ordered and eating within 25 minutes! Ate here again on 01/18/2024. We did wait for just a few minutes but then got seated. They have a sign up explaining that they are short staffed but we didn't notice any delay doing our time there. We ordered from the lunch menu and it was a treat because we are typically here for the evening. Turns out the service was as good as the food. Sushi rolls were great, meats were fresh and tasty, veggies were top notch as usual! The ginger salad was perfect, just needed about twice as much! The restaurant is located in a shopping mall near the middle. Parking can be spread out over the entire building but is not as far away...

It is not a requirement for the restaurant to "witness" the driver hit "confirm" or "start delivery" in order to receive the food. It is the restaurant's job to verify the correct driver is picking up the correct order. It is the driver's job to pick up the correct order from the correct restaurant. There is not a contract between the restaurant and the driver. There is only a contract between the restaurant and the 3rd party service and one between the driver and the 3rd party service. The drivers are independent contractors. Out of curiosity I contacted Uber, DoorDash, and Grubhub to confirm this and that it is NOT a requirement for pickup for the restaurant to witness the confirmation. I can see how the driver was upset when their character was assaulted for just doing their job.
