Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gainesville

I visited on a rainy early afternoon before a road trip for some late breakfast at this Dunkin' since it was the only one with a drive thru near the Ayers Innovation Plaza. Decided to go in to order instead to use the restrooms (clean and stocked).

My husband and I ordered bagels and drinks. I got a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with less cream cheese and a matcha latte with skim milk. I was originally interested in 2 raisin cinnamon bagels, but they ran out (only reason the food rating lost a star since I was really interested in a second bagel). My husband got 2 toasted plain bagels with butter and a kiwi watermelon refresher. The order was correct, and the drinks were perfect.

First off, side note on bagels with butter - unless you want what looks like 2 tablespoons of butter in your bagel, ask for less since my husband had enough to sip the butter. (he still ate the bagel but you could consider it accelerated output assistance 😅)

My less cream cheese bagel was good and had just enough cheese. So if you're not into a thick layer of your bagel filling, let them know "less"! (Lesson learned!)

We'd come back again since the customer service was great, the facilities were clean, and the food/drinks...

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location yesterday. I was the 3rd car in the drive thru and after waiting for over 5 minutes without moving, I thought going inside would be a better option. Wrong! There was no one at the counter when I walked in. Finally, a young man walked up from the back to put some hashbrowns in the microwave and told me he'd be with me in a minute. After he stood there and waited the 2 plus minutes for those to cook, he bagged them up slowly, walked them over to the girl at the ice cream counter and proceeded to get the rest of her order. The gentleman who walked into the store behind me was so irate, he almost broke the front door when he stormed out. I asked the employee if he was the only one working up front. He said he was, so I left also. Waiting for someone to take my coffee order for over 15 minutes at 3 in the afternoon wouldn't typically be a big deal, but like most people, I was in a hurry. Needless to say, I had 4 very disappointed teenagers in my vehicle when I came out empty handed. Please, please, please get more staff at this location. I really don't want to go...

When you go through the drive through window and order they are nice and polite but they are always out of some thing and if they have it the morning people don't know how to make it . and i asked for glazed dounuts and got 2 glazed 2 chocalate cake instead of glazed chocolate and the frozen carmel ice coffee is horrible and had no carmel in it also the smoothies are good when they are made right and the strawberry bananha one but the mango whatever its mixed with smoothie is horrible and i only have had this issues when i go in or use the drive thru in the morning. When i have been there later in the day or evening shifts i have not one bad experience with the drive thru or inside staff. The night assistant manager rose does a awesome job there with her night time employees and i refuse to go back to daytime cause the service is bad. But the night and evening crew is awesome they do their job correctly and known how to make whatever u order and they are always poliete.
