So if I could give a 0 star I would. Just walked out after standing in the line of 1 for 5 minutes because the staff wouldnt make the person pay for the sandwich they were having to much fun playing around give her a custom order and playing instead of doing the job. I would not recommend because of totally crappy service and if the food I'd like the service it is also crappy. Dont go here if they cannot wait on 2 customers in 5 to 10 minutes there is something wrong. They watched me leave and shrugged shoulders at me and did not even try to get my order. They probably would have spit on the food or something. This location seems to have very mixed reviews. As a first timer trying JJ's I was very critical when I entered. I was caught off guard by the professionalism displayed by the employees yet they could maintain a personable customer service experience. I got a #9 which is basically an Italian submarine. I believe it's called Italian night club. Anyway it was loaded up fully. I think some of the negative reviews from two months ago really were noticed by the management and they stepped it up. By the way, I think a few photos where people are complaining about the sandwiches being "too thin" are truly people just squishing their sandwich which is shameful. If you make thicker sandwiches at home you must be a monster. Anyway maybe it's a day to day...

Use to be a great J.J. but they have been doing worse and worse. I thought one time was a fluke and maybe a worker had a bad day is why I was ignored at the register. It has happened more than once. It is at mixed dates and times. At least today it wasn't me that got ignored. It was a complete stranger to me but a JJ customer. I haven't gone much anymore because I just don't want the disappointment. They are my last choice to recommend or bring people to. Phone or online orders are priority. Walk in ordering is not the way to go for this location. If you rather the call online way, this may be a good option for you. This place has potential I have seen it! Just...
