Ipped by opus coffee Med Plaza the guy who took my order. The Red hair lady mess my order up I ordered was a frozen Carmel letter. When she was done making the frozen drink she gets a cup and field it up ice cubes then bring the drink to me. I asked her why she Poured the frozen drink over a cup of ice. She then to telling that she had not done that. I said I watched you do it and said that. I cup of ice was for someone else. I had to tell her I wanted redone I had to request it 3 to 4 times to get the right latter. Very bad...

Coffee was decent. The big problem was over half of the flavoured coffees they had on their board were Christmas flavours that they no longer had. I asked why they were still up there in May. No answer. Despite having people in line the 2 employees were texting while people waited to order. The female employee even was texting while she attempted to make my coffee. How about cleaning up, wiping down, maybe even (gasp) sweeping. (The place was pretty cluttered. It's always the same and I've been going there 2 times a month...

Unfriendly staff with a can’t do attitude. At 9 A, only had 1 choice of muffin which was very dry with no taste. Was not fresh, very dry with no flavor. probably not made that day. Poor food variety. Don’t heat ur food when requested. Clerk coldly sent me to the community microwave in the cafeteria which is shared with Subway. Deplorable atmosphere, very unwelcoming. Hot Coffee was served tepid.
