Subway — Restaurant in Gainesville

Our 5 year old daughter has been a patient in this building for the Shands Pedatric Specialties since she was born.Needless to say we are here a lot. For several years now every "single time" we come for her monthly shots and check ups her treat has been a Bacon Sandwich from "her" Subway. The staff has always been so nice to her. But today the exception was by indifferent uncompassionate Candace!! We were informed very rudely by her that this would be the "last bacon sandwich" we could get. Her order consists of: kids meal veggie sandwich add bacon. The actual build was bread mayo bacon and black olives. I add to it a bag of chips. This order costs me $7.83. I'm so disappointed in the sheer indifference of Candace. My 5 year old daughters only highlight to her frequent hospital visits is her bacon sandwich and now that's gone. Thanks Subway and especially Candace for the hospitality in the Subway at the hospital of all places! You both suck and I will try to convince my little girl that we will go somewhere else where that have compassion for...

This subway is located inside of the Davis Cancer Pavilion. That being said, most people here are probably here for some sort of treatment or doctor’s visit. Today was my husbands first radiation treatment and we decided to eat on property so we would be close. We we walked up to order not one friendly word was said! What do you want? No smile…. Not helpful when we asked a question and just pointed at the menu was a nasty look on her face. The next lady was equally as unfriendly…. I asked if they had Italian dressing and she said no, and pointed at the different sauces they had rudely. Wow…. These ladies have no business working at a place with people that are already having a rough day!!! Shame on both of them for not being friendly and uplifting to to each person that walks through that line. And, to top it off, the place was a mess…. Garbage overflowing, some of the drink dispensers weren’t working, and it needed a good cleaning all over. Not what you would expect at a place like...

I’ve been to this subway a few times but On 4/15/2019 at around 1:50pm I ordered two subs one being a kids meatball i order this all the time at any other location I get to the check out and the lady wants to one yell at her employees for making the sub apparently you can’t get a kids meatball I also ordered a 6inch steak and cheese because I’m pregnant and cant make my mind up anywho instead of her tending to me the customer she wants to tell the employee what they did wrong then wants to go back and forth with me because I stated I didn’t want the meal for the kids she then tells me she can’t ring it up that way strange because again I do this all the time so of course I left the food right there because I refuse to give somebody that rude money I go there ever doctors visit never again ...i feel like she did way too much for no reason it was pretty sad ...customer service just isn’t what...
