So it seems every time I go to this Taco Bell, I seem to get not so fresh or hot food, especially the fries, and the past two times, they didn’t even put that seasoning on them, but I just let it go. Didn’t want any drama, and I know times can be tough, however they are rarely busy when I get there. Tonight was the worse thing of fries I have ever received from any place in my entire life. So cold, soggy, and even seemed wet. I go back through the drive through, and told them “Yall have got to be kidding me with these fries. They are completely cold and soggy.” The girl in the window was like “ok…..”. Then they sit there laughing and talking in the window. So now I gotta go home to cold tacos. I called up there and asked for a manager. The way she responded already started off rude.her name was Hannah! Then I was trying to explain the situation, and she was like “what?!” I tried to repeat myself, and she didn’t even let me finish. She cut me off and said, “yea, I remade them for you.” I was like “yea I know, but if you wouldn’t be rude and let me finish with that I was trying to say. Better yet, can I have corporates number?” Her reply “ I’m pretty sure it’s online” my response”you mean you’re a manager there, and you don’t know the number!” “Yea, I’m prettt sure it’s back there on the wall, but I’m kind of busy right now.” Every time I would say something, she would be extremely rude and say “WHAT?!” If you’re a manager working in the kitchen, how do you not keep up with times and send out food like that? I’ve worked in the food industry for nearly 25 years, and I would never treat a customer that way. This location seems to always have kids running it, and they’re standing around laughing and talking, and rarely see management. Someone needs to get in there and clean...
Read moreIf I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I went thru the drive thru and first at 9pm, the menu was not illuminated. The African American cashier stated that they were only taking cash. I said ok. She said go ahead with you order. I asked her could they turn the lights on, on the menu and they started laughing as if it was a laughing matter...this is a place of business. She then stated that we are only taking cash and then said "one moment. We're having technical difficulties "...she then said " go ahead with your order". As I preceded to order. She interrupted me again and stated they were only taking cash...I told her "I'm aware, you've just told me that three times" She yelled and said" NO NEED FOR AN ATTITUDE". I told her "there was no reason to keep repeating what you've already said and you should be paying attention to your customer..Another African American woman chimed in and said " we have a lot going on in here". I politely stated that I would call corporate. She stated that she was the manager. I pulled out of line and the little African American girl yelled out of the drive thru window "CALL THEM" I am an African American woman and this type behavior irks me to my soul. This is why African American women are constantly portrayed as having nasty attitudes and lack good customer service. Do better! This store is a franchise so there's no corporate involved...I'm sure you made yourself proud by the ignorance and unprofessionalism you two portrayed this...
Read moreNight staff is horrible full of people who could care less about their jobs they mess up our online order almost every single time tonight was the worst the order was no where near right then they tell me husband to pull up in the wrong stop and was joking and playing around and when they finally give him our food the employees said "I hope you didn't hear what I said about you " like why would you even say that then they don't even give us our drinks so we call and the manager is no better then the employees thinks everything a joke then told me to pull up when I got mad after giving me so much attitude so I pulled and all of the sudden that attitude was gone but then tell us false information like a petty child YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND THROUGH THE APP IF YOU ORDER THROUGH THE APP THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE YOU A NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL TO GET YOUR REFUND and i found that out through google then after playing fake nice she followed my husband back outside and stood and came by our car looking like she was ready to fight and kept standing there til we pulled off her eyes not once leaving my eyes as we pulled off taco bell yall need to train yall staff and definitely that manager better next time she will get pepper spray if she follows me or my husband back...
