I mean MY GOD. This place is SO GOOD!! I came across it on a Facebook post, where someone posted a picture of a chicharrón sandwich, and I immediately started craving one. Also, I thought it would be a good introduction to my wife to the dish that recently won the Best Breakfast Dish in the World Award. I was a little nervous since I had not tried this specific restaurant before, but thank God I took the risk. The chicharrón (pork) in the sandwich was tender and delicious. So was the sweet potato. And the onion salad added a really nice flavor. They give you a little sauce if you want it, but I don’t think you need it. The sandwich is already bursting with delicious flavors. There is no need to add anymore.

On my way out I asked about the rest of the menu, and the owners showed me that they have bufet-style food, ready to be served and eat (kind of like a fast casual restaurant). I noticed they had a chicken soup, so I got a serving to go, which I had it later in the day. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the most delicious soups I’ve ever had.

Fabulously delicious. An explosion of flavors are found here; as expected from seasoned Peruvian restauranteur, Chef Marcos. If you ever had the pleasure of dining at either of his previous restaurants (El Carbonazo and Inca's Empire), you'd know of the great selection of fine ingredients that form part of his native cuisine. He takes great pride in the preparation of his dishes. Everything we tried was tasty and authentic. The staff is friendly and the place is filled with natural light and clean decor. Items recommended are pictured in Photos. We look forward to our next visit. Until then, I leave you with Seafood Jalea, Ceviche, Seafood Causa, Grilled Octopus, and Baked Chicken. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Delicious! I stopped by Uncle Marco’s Express and tried their chicharrón sandwich, and wow—it did not disappoint! The pork was incredibly moist, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. The sweet potato crisps added a nice crunch and a touch of sweetness that balanced everything beautifully.

On top of that, the service was phenomenal—friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really care about their food and their customers.
