Casey's — Restaurant in Galena

Had placed a pizza pick up order took 2 hours! I went ahead and called just a double check if this was right when someone answered the phone they went ahead and stated the fact that they are short staffed and very busy, and then they proceeded to hang up on me . When I went to go pick up the pizza 2 hours later The Man Behind the Counter was very rude and the pizza was also cold and made me and my husband sick for the whole weekend. Also the older cashier man is very rude he's intrusive and ask unnecessary questions that make people feel uncomfortable bad customer service at this gas station. Also sometimes I get carded for cigarettes sometimes I don't either way I give them my ID so your staff members aren't checking IDs for cigarettes and or liquor because I've seen it myself not asking for the proper ID not okay. I also have Casey's rewards and always make sure to get my points because they don't ask and then one time you guys were giving away free coffee and the cashier did not offer me any comes to find out I could have gotten a free coffee with my casey points. This place needs new management ASAP or the locals are going to go to Dubuque just to avoid...

I came here on my way home from work late one night, as the only gas station still open. Granted it was about ten minutes before they closed, however I needed gas to make it home from work and it was incredibly cold outside. Not the kind of weather you want to run out of gas in. I had lost my wallet unfortunately at the time and I realize that is my own fault, however I would have thought being at least 10 minutes before closing time, I would have had time to pre pay some gas (with cash) so I could make it home to Wisconsin. The employees had locked the door so I couldn’t go in, however when their coworkers pulled up, they unlocked and let each other in so they could grab some food. I went back up, hoping they would let me get gas, as I was I incredibly worried about not making it home in the cold winter weather. but they ignored me and looked me like “sorry, you’re SOL”

As a fellow business manager, I found this whole situation incredibly unprofessional. And as a regular Casey’s customer, it’s unfortunate to say I will not be back to this establishment, or any Casey’s...

A good looking store with the food side which always seems to be stocked. Stopped for bathroom use and coffee in our travel. The bathroom was clean and I see they were in compliance with a child changing table in the men's room. We arrived at 11am (4 of us), and of the four, three of us wanted to have coffee (two regulars and one special coffee). As we were about to retrieve disposable cups and fill up, a young heavy set male employee rushed in front of us and secured the machines and started draining 4 of the 5 coffee pots. Maybe this is policy to dump the coffee daily at 11am. You would think if patrons were willing to buy the coffee, you'd sell it before dumping it. I also have to mention the location sucks, especially trying to climb the hill unto Hwy 20 when...
