Arby's — Restaurant in Gallatin

Went through the drive thru,Waited for more than 10 minutes for my food, nobody in front of me only 2 people inside. Finally got my order, ask for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce got none. Parked my car and went inside, no one at counter, girl in the back look straight at me, I said excuse me I didn't get my sauces when I got my order in the drive thru, she turned and walked away. Finally I got another girls attention, told her I needed both sauces, she grabbed a double handful and slammed them on the counter and said nothing, I took them and left, got to my car and no horsey sause, went back in, nobody at the counter again so I went and got some in the cups that you use in the restaurant and got my sauce. I pay good money and expect decent food and service, this was the worst I've had and the worst attitudes I've seen in a long time. I expect more than this from Arby's since I have been a customer for a long time. Rediculious! I praise places that give good service but I'm going to tell the public on those that...

The menu made the Smokehouse Brisket look delicious and meaty. The reality was disappointing with the sandwich maker saying a sandwich costing $5.50 only comes with 3 Oz meat. I understand food costs and all that, but my sandwich looked like it had 2 Oz max of meat. Luckily the curly fries hot and fresh. The sweet tea was less than sweet, we are in the south, and the sweet tea was watered down, guess they are saving on sugar like they are meat on sandwiches, I'm sure the food cost is great! The service wasn't that great, the Assistant Manager, a younger man, seemed pre-occupied with doing everything but waiting on customers. My son arrived after me and tried to order, he stood at the register for 3+ minutes and finally walked away, the Assistant Manager saw him walk away and decided to finally take his order, but my son had decided to go to Wendy's by that point. I guess they're lucky I gave them 2 stars, I feel sorry for them? I mean they don't get paid $15 so it's not worth it to take good care...

Ordered classics for $10 and a super roadt beef, there was me and only one other car in front of me. The shake machine wasn't working, they had me and other guy pull up front to wait for our food. The girl even repeated back to me when she came out what my order was. Got home order was wrong no, super roast beef, had some kind of fries with stuff all over them. I called and they said they'd replace order, get up there and car in front of me gave them back a order, we are pretty sure it's what they gave us when I got up there. The sandwiches were cold,, and the super roast beef had been opened up, they tried to fold it back up. We've never had problems at this store, been going there for years, know mistakes happen.But with what food cost anymore you expect it to be hot and right.
