Sumner County Museum — Attraction in Gallatin

It was an amazing place. Seeing all the cool and old stuff from our history is always great to see. I would recommend anyone to go if they go through Tennessee. The lady behind the desk was as sweet as she could be and giving us the history about how it all started amazed us. This has a whole lot of interesting stuff inside. I was very impressed with the whole building around every turn was something new and interesting. We both paid the $5 donation, and she handed us a book that had a lot of information in it also. They dont have much parking but they didnt have a lot of people there when we arrived and the do have bathroom and they do allow you take pictures...

This is a really cool local museum. From the outside, it looks like there wouldn’t be much inside. However, it is packed with items. The woman at the front desk ( I didn’t get her name) was incredibly sweet and very informative about the areas history and the items on display. I can tell she’s passionate about her work.
