Captain D's — Restaurant in Gallatin

Three ring circus ran by children. When you get in line, I hope your schedule was clear for the next two hours because you won’t be going anywhere.

The parking lot layout is a disaster in every single way with parking spots to the right and left of the long drive thru line. On the right, you are cramped into spots that require you make extremely sharp turns to get in and out of. If you lose the parking spot lottery and need to park on the left side spots, you are now trapped because the drive thru line is exactly behind you and you will not get out until someone lets you out. But wait! There’s more!! After you finally figure out how to get out of the spot, you have to sit in the line for the window for some reason because there’s cones alongside the drive thru That won’t allow you to get out once you enter. So you now have to sit there in a line that isn’t moving, for a restaurant you have already eaten at.

On top of that, there’s teenagers absolutely everywhere. The oldest one on the staff is probably 17 years old. They are all loud, immature, dumb, and unprofessional.

Skip this place. Seriously. It will make you hate your life even driving by. The building was recently rebuilt because the previous one caught on fire and burnt down. If I was to guess, the building did it to...

Went for dinner with my family tonight. As we pull into the parking spot we notice an employee locking the door to the dining room. I made eye contact with her and she comes back and opens the door and says, "Oh, are yall eating inside?" I responded yes so she unlocks the door for us to enter. It was 5:30pm. We walk inside and wait in an EXTREMELY long queue. People are standing and sitting by the counter waiting for their food and to have their orders taken. All-the-while, several employees are complaining about how busy they are, saying they won't take another drive thru order until they catch up, they won't do anything because they "aren't trying to k*ll themselves" (in reference to working too hard). I even heard them tell someone in the drive thru that it is a 30 MINUTE WAIT. Apparently, from what I could hear, someone ordered their Seafood Feast and it backed them up. While overhearing this, another employee has went and locked all of the doors. We turned around, walked to door, unlocked it, and left. We will...

I ordered online before I left work at 4:15. The online app said it would be teadynby 4:29. I arrived exactly at 4:29 and went thru the drive thru as there wasn't any instructions on the online order app. The guy told me to.pull up to the window. Ofcourse, I had to wait for two cars in front of me that were waiting on their food for 20 minutes. Then when i finally made it to the window to pick up my order the guy asked me if I had the spices fish. I explained to him I had the online order so he got my name. He checked and came back and told me that they made the wrong dam order then asked me to pull forward. I told him to get my unsweet tea while I waited. I'm currently still waiting and getting more passed by the dam second. Why in the he'll even have am online order option if they are so incompetent in the first place.
