I’m a big fan of Firehouse Subs—the subs and salads are always absolutely delicious. I was genuinely excited when a location opened closer to home in Gallatin. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing.
Both times I’ve visited, my order was incorrect, and the lack of care from the employees is noticeable. It’s frustrating, especially when the Hendersonville location consistently gets it right and provides excellent customer service. Whether it's due to poor training or just lack of attention, it's disheartening to see the same mistakes happen repeatedly especially from a new restaurant.

Showed manager receipts and bank statement and she still claims she didn’t have the order. Been going to Firehouse for years - never had the issues I experienced today and I have always ordered off the app.
I can understand growing pains being new but this isn’t a new chain. Also ordered the food an hour ago for pickup and still waiting for our order. Won’t be back...

I learned I should NOT have done that as without my knowledge it switched me to GrubHub for payment and I later learned at the store that cost me an additional 30% for GrubHub to process the payment. The staff at the store is nice and the store is real nice so I give them good marks for that. As for the food, the order was correct, but messy to eat.
