Gibson Furniture and Patio — Local services in Gallatin

Several months ago we were endlessly searching for a sectional sofa. We went EVERYWHERE!!! Even non stop internet searches. Could not find anything. When we found something close to what we wanted it was so so expensive!!! So I found Gibson's Furniture and decided to drive the 35 minutes. I cannot tell you how HAPPY I am!!! I found a beautiful sofa and our salesperson Glenn (hope I spelled that right) was so wonderful! She told us about J Furniture and that they do have a sectional. It was the perfect size. EXACTLY what we were looking for! Then she showed us all the fabric choices. (So many choices so little time) We found a fabric we liked but, it was such a big decision that we had to think about it. So we left and came back a few days later. She was so patient with us. Making sure we made the right choice. She told us how much it would cost and we were FLOORED!!!!!! So much less than the big box stores. And it was custom made. Told us it would take 6 weeks. And exactly 6 weeks to the day this Beautiful furniture was delivered to my home. It is so beyond my expectations!!! And the 2 delivery men called us and said "20 minutes away" And they were. And they were delightful and friendly and very very careful !!!! We recently purchased a recliner from Gibson Furniture. My husband wanted something that looked great and could hold up as his daily recliner in his "Mans Room". We found the perfect chair at Gibson and sales staff was helpful but not pushy. They didn't have the chair in stock, but we were able to order it and it came earlier than expected and delivery was quick and efficient. We did have an issue with the chair. It was an issue with the way the chair was made ( a defect) and although I had meant to call sooner, it was almost two weeks after we got the chair that I finally reached out to Gibson Furniture. Within two days, we had a replacement chair delivered. No muss, no fuss. I didn't have to call to email a bunch of times, it was handled quickly and seamlessly. The replacement chair is perfect.

Gibson Furniture has earned all of our future business. Not only did they make the buying process simple and not forced, but they also did the one thing most businesses are lacking these days - they demonstrated excellent customer service. Issues happen, problems occur - I believe how a business handles those issues, speaks volumes. I am delighted with my Gibson Furniture experience and will absolutely purchase...

After this past, weekends event called affirming Hendersonville and learning that Gibson Furniture heavily promoted this event that had drag queens dancing in front of children for cash. I cannot in good conscience Continue to give our business to Gibson furniture.

We have been very loyal customers for over a decade and considered Gibson furniture our “go to STORE” for everything Furniture and patio related.

My family‘s heart is so grieved that this company would partake in this activity in exposing very young children to this type of sexualized entertainment.

Gibson furniture was very unapologetic and continued to advertise, along with a company called Collab out of Hendersonville, Tennessee, to promote the affirming Hendersonville event.

Our hearts are heavy. We will no longer give our business or refer anyone to this establishment. We must shop with our Christian convictions and values.
