If I could give less than a one star, I would. Placed a mobile order today and when I arrived to the location on Eastern Avenue to pick it up I gave my code and the code they read back to me was incorrect so I repeated it. The cashier told me that they don't have the order and they'll never get the order. I didn't understand what this meant since the payment had already been made and asked. The cashier told me to see if I could change the pick up method to counter instead of drive thru. Told them I was unable to do that (once I got my phone back from my toddler to see). A woman came out of the back door and approached my vehicle. She was rude as could be, would not stop interrupting me for anything. Ended up saying she was the general manager of gallipolis McDonald's. Multiple times she put her hands in the air and said she refused to help me and I "can just sit there then." I said ok. And she responded with she'll call the police. She kept yelling at me and I asked her numerous times why she insisted on yelling and she continued to yell, while I kept my tone and language professional to understand what's going on, what we need to do next, and basic human decency towards other people. She proceeded to wave her finger in my face and tell me she will absolutely not do a single thing to help me. I asked for her boss's contact information to file a complaint on the general manager and she told me she wasn't giving me any information. We've always had nothing by issues with the quality and accuracy of food at this location, which I have also overlooked because it's McDonald's, my expectations aren't high, however, the way the general manager was speaking and yelling at me with my kids in the vehicle with me was...
Read moreI usually dont review places but this is not the first time I have had issues at this location. This time however, I had issues with one of the managers. I went through and order a large sweet tea. When I got to the window the manager said "Medium sweet tea?" and I said "Actually I ordered a large." She continued to hand me the drink and so I said again "I ordered a large." She looked at her screen and then said "No you payed for medium." to which I replied "I can pay for the large but I ordered a large." She then said in a voice that made it sound like I was overreacting "Yes ma'am. You can have the large. They are the same price anyways." Then handed me a large tea that was sitting right at the window already. Ok. So why was she argueing with me about what I payed for if they are the same price? Why was there a large sweet tea sitting right there, ready to go? And she shouldn't have acted like she was doing me a favor by letting me have a large when 1. I ordered a large and 2. Its the same price so I payed for a large!?!? Plus she changed her tone to make it seem like I was being unreasonable and hard to get along wih when in reality I just wanted what I orded and was trying to...
Read moreTerrible establishment. Placed an order at 10:15 while i was Dairy Queen, left at 10:25 to get the order because yesterday i sat there for 20 minutes at the curbside waiting for a different mobile order so today i decided to give them time to make it etc so i wouldn’t sit there again waiting forever. As soon as i get on the property at 10:30 they canceled my order, I then asked the front cashier why, she shrugs at me n says idk then just blankly stares at me so i looked at her and ask well is there not a manager on shift who can answer me why im not getting the order i placed 15 minutes ago?! Manager comes out with a stank face and says “we’re no longer selling breakfast it’s past 10:30” but when i tell him i placed it at 10:15 that my order should’ve done been started 15 minutes and ive been sitting out there just like the day before and he just simply tells me that’s not his problem. This place is god awful with no human decency and from now on I’ll surely drive all the way to Rio or point instead of dealing with...
