Dim sum and then some! — Restaurant in Galloway Township

New favorite place to have dinner/lunch!!! Food was absolute fire! Having ordered a buffet amount of food, everything was spot on and scrumptious! Having the guilty pleasure of having lunch/dinner the combination of dim sum and ordering main courses is getting the best of both worlds! Having inviting a close friend of mine to eat who claims that does not like Asian cuisine was impressed and surprised on having eaten many different foods that she has never had before, like the Honey walnut Shrimp which were Jumbo shrimp that where mixed with a Chinese sweet mayo that sits on a bed of broccoli and garnished with candied walnuts where finger licking good!! She even ended up taking food for her family to give them a taste of some of the food that we had the pleasure to enjoy. This place’s authentic Chinese food brought back many pleasurable memories and will definitely make plans to invite many friends and family to give DIM SUM AND Then SUM a place to go multiple times a week! I went there for dinner the other night with my wife and I am normally not one to go out of my way to leave a review, however my experience was so bad from start to finish that I found it necessary to do so. Took forever to get my order to come out, then once it did the whole order was wrong, and ice cold. I asked to speak with the owner which took over a HALF HOUR, for him to come out. Then once he did he had an attitude which I NEVER have received before from simply asking for my meal to be correct. After he realized that it was in fact, their mistake, I could hear him calling me and my wife slurs and other expletives in the kitchen. It was entirely uncalled for and unprofessional. Once we finally got our correct meal, we just wanted to leave and when we got home the order was STILL incorrect, and cold. I will be calling for a refund but am dreading talking to this prejudice and unprofessional...

Came to visit NJ from Texas and fell in love with the flavors here! The Lo mein is moist, juicy, and has wok hay flavor, so unlike the Chinese restaurant I frequent back home. The wonton and Egg drop soup were flavorful and delicious. I like steamed pork dumplings but tried the panfried pork dumplings, and they were exquisite! I ordered one of each to take home and eat later. Why this place is not more popular? I don't know but their food is amazing! The broccoli and beef is tender and so fresh. I have never tried oolong tea, but it was complimentary at this restaurant, and I tried it for the first time- I am now a fan.
