Dunkin' — Restaurant in Galloway Township

I have been going there ever since I moved to EHT. Although I've been to many other Dunkins. Ever since they were originally Dunkin donuts. Great place to go for coffee and donuts. You have to go early to get the donuts, before they run out. There's also a specialty coffee menu. And they don't make just donuts anymore. They make made to order food items that you can enjoy. They are always coming up with new ideas and promotions. Way to market yourself Dunkin! My old job led me to go before my shifts for a specialty coffee. Caramel flavored iced coffee. Even now, I live 10 minutes away and make the trip a couple times a week. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the service. I always have to wait an awful long time to get service and to receive my order. They have a lot of people coming through the drive-thru, and they work to get them on their way. I personally think any walk-ins suffer because of that. There's always plenty of parking, because most people don't go in. I myself rarely go through drive-thrus. Walking is good for you. I've gone to many other Dunkin's, and the service is much better. I forgot to mention, that particular location participates in the rewards app, and you can order in advance there. If you time it correctly, it will be ready...

This Dunkin stinks anymore. I use to go out of my way to come down here because I was able to get in and out of here in a jiffy. Not anymore! I mobile order every time to try and avoid the line and give it a good 15 minutes after I ordered to pick it up and everytime I go in, an empty cup with my name on it is sitting on the counter and they are just starting to make my order. What’s even the point of mobile ordering? Mind you, half the time there are no other customers there and my order still isn’t ready! I don’t understand. Out of the two employees I see in there, one looks clueless and the other has a poor attitude. Today I ordered the new breakfast tacos and a bagel with cream cheese, the food was cold and the cheese on the tacos was not even melted. Breakfast tacos - “Scrambled eggs, fire roasted corn, white cheddar cheese, jalapeno, cilantro and spices served in a warm flour tortilla with a drizzle of lime crema.” I believe that is what was supposed to be in the tacos but all that was in mine was cold cheese and corn. Also, they could have tried harder with spreading out the cream cheese...

It’s okay... the customer service is good enough. However they sometimes tend to mess up my order quite a few times actually. I order online an egg and cheese wake up wrap. It came with bacon. I cannot eat Bacon. I had to go back hours later because I was at work so I couldn’t. I was able to trade it for a drink as I had eaten before. But i remember months ago when I order online I got there at 6am (1 hour after they had open) and they were not prepared for a coffee order or a simple sandwich breakfast. I got to the drive up and didn’t get an answer for a solid 3 minutes. Drove up to the drive up window. The man looked over at me and ignored me. I was frustrated at first. Then the lady showed up so I assume he thought I had been help noPe. I had to tell the woman my order again ONLINE order. To which I had order at least 5 minutes in advance. Seriously? After the drink she asked if I had food. I did. Did she not check? I believe she left as I haven’t seen her. But this place needs to work on getting the...
