First Pizzas are really GOOD and TASTY. My review goes to the owner or the person running the place. They close at the time they feel like. After 7pm(if they still open for the day) it is hard to get something different from the Menu other than Large pizza. if you just want one Slice like regular places will sell you ( specially if you have kids and that is all they want) he says there is none with attitude. You ask for calzone, the answer is we are not making it. You ask for absolutely anything else other than a pie and he refuse to make it. He gets rude and hangs the phone. This happen several times. Somethings we call and line is busy, we go to the place and the phone it is intentionally not hang up so people don't bother with calls. That is pretty messed up for a business place. I guess he is getting the money he needs anyway and that is why they don't care. Only reason we still buy there is how close is to us. But when we can, we go somewhere else. Listen, sell the place to a happy person that really wants to take care of it and...
Read moreDESPICABLE. I have visited twice on my way between a lunchtime appointment and returning to work nearby...starving. First time I walked in and no one was at the counter. I waited for about 3-5 minutes, saw that I wasn't a priority, and left. The second time I figured the first visit was a fluke. I walked in and waited while one guy standing around doing nothing failed to greet me or ask for my order. Finally, another person came in and he asked "Can I help someone?" as if I've not been standing there for about 5 minutes. He was forced to take my order, which was a slice of pizza. The people after me got their food and left. I walked out. I've shared my experience with a few people of color. They seem to have a problem with us. Such a shame for a business to be near a university with this kind of attitude. You'll never get a dollar...
Read moreAfter reading many negative and positive reviews I decided to go to JoJos to give it a try. The moment I walked in and saw the look the cashier had on her face I already knew it wasn't going to be a smooth transaction lol. So I go up to her and ask her "may I please have a slice?". She then tells me with an attitude "we're all out of slices, would you like something else?". I then look at her in shock and ask her "so you guys don't have any slices?". She then said "nope". I then just told her "okay no problem thank you" while walking out the store. I can't believe the attitude on her. I also never heard of a pizzeria that's out of slices lol. You would think an establishment that closes at 10pm would serve Pizza at 6 in the evening. A bad customer experience is very crucial to a business. I will not refer anyone to this place nor do I recommend...
