On my way to work, I found myself in the small town of Gallup, NM. While I was there, I decided to take a look around and noticed a small restaurant in the corner of a business plaza, as soon as I walk through the door, Sonia and Juanita said Hi with a big smile and that when I was in the right place. They sat me down and started making conversation with me. They had recommended me wings since that's their specialty, I ordered the Ranch double dipped and garlic parmesan wings. These wings were so good and crispy that it reminded me of a place back home that unfortunately didn't survive the pandemic. The ranch was fresh and restaurant styled. I just wanted more and more. The food was so good that I decided to take a burger on my back home, Sonia and Juanita told me to get the Gallup Burger since it was one of their top 3 best sellers. The burger was so good with all its ingredients. I'm surprised I have never heard of them before. All its ingredients and conditions just complement each other it's like a flavor party in your mouth, and the food in break dancing in your taste buds. Are you passing by Gallup, NM? Stop at 505 Burgers and Wings.

My favorite food on the menu is the fries. I love it when it's served HOT but it's a 50/50 chance you'll get piping hot fries out of the fryer. The staff is friendly and I believe in being friendly and respectful to the staff. The hatch burger is delicious and the mild wings are so good with the amount of ranch they give. Service is good, my drinks are constantly filled and I'm constantly being checked on. The atmosphere is so busy however I'm lucky when it's slow and I can relax watching my shows on Hulu while eating. The music is fun because I end of singing along. Also the restrooms are clean!!!!!!! I hate dirty RR!!!!! I love 505. I just wish my fries were piping hot. I see that the cooks make the fries in advance and they sit there until someone orders. I want mine fresh and hot please. However I will keep going back because it's one of my favorite restaurants and I always tip my waitress GOOD being more than generous. Hope my review takes you to 505 to enjoy

When their menu says it comes with lettuce onions n blah blah, this is what they give you! Y'all are messing up! Just cause it's takeout or ya having a bad day dosnt mean you do people like this , burger is all dry n this is what comes with it ,... Soaky fries ,... Nope! Places like this will go out of business y'all! Or, you can tighten up your ship n serve the people right !!! Cause I will post and blast y'all for EVERYONE to see over n over again ,.... And got like half way thru this thing cause it's ordered, but nah! Nasty food, n by far one of the worst burgers I've had in a while, travel many parts of this country too. All y'all people looking to try this place out, LEAVE them alone, let them go out of business. Worst burger in Gallup by far

Be careful eating here. Make sure they don't serve you raw products. This establishment has always had issues with rushing orders and not thoroughly cooking their meat. Talk about salmonella and food poisoning. The manager has the most disgusting attitude. And she don't want to give her name out and take responsibility for her cooks and their inability to cook. She wants me to drive 1.5hrs to return her disgustingly cooked burger. I had a lot of confidence that this location would change but, they collapse under stress.. I will make sure they are well watched. This was a to-go order my elder parents brought home for me. Be they had confidence in the cooks. But, guess they took this patty off too soon.
