Servers were rude never really had a problem coming here before. Waited 15 mins for someone to come take our drink order, then no one can for or main order. We ended up just walking out after seeing the waitress take another tables order that had just walked in within 5 minutes while we sat there looking around waiting for 30 mins, smh. Seems when it gets a little busy tempers and attitudes flair. Not good for customers because we get the wrath of all the bad attitude/mood or ignored. Need to hire more servers or fix the others with some customer service classes or something. Smh. Only in Gallup. Well we won't be spending our money here for awhile. Gallup is getting really scarce for good/great customer service and good food. Do better...

Stopped through on our way from Pheonix back to central Mo. So glad we took the extra few minutes to leave the highway and go into town. The owner took the time to come to our table and talk with us about his very fresh and tastey green and red chilis. He insisted that we try both as well as their awesome quacomole before ordering to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I had the sopapilla stuffed with steak and cheese and i smothered it in red and green chilis.Took about 15 minutes to get our food and in that time we were checked on twice for chips and drinks. Very disappointed in the restaurant. Co-workers often speak of the good food this establishment has to offer. They keep closing earlier than their published business hours. Try to call them and you learn that they voicemail is full and they cannot receive any messages. I work 12hour shifts in a hospital and cannot to them until ~7:45pm on weeknights. They site says open until 9pm. Right. Really substandard in my opinion. I've given this place 4 tries. Sad that they can't even manage a phone system...
