I’ve been living in Vermont for the last 5 years, but got hooked on Native American jewelry and have been admiring Perry Null Trading Post from afar for the longest time. I finally got to visit the place yesterday and was AMAZED at what I’d found. I’d been to other Indian Jewelry places, but this place was unique and staggeringly beautiful compared to all the othe places I’d been to in Gallup. First, the selection of jewelry was staggering. Not only was the selection large, but the artists were the superstars of Indian jewelry art, Monty Claw, Darryl Dean Begay, Aaron Anderson, Philander Begay, etc. Additionally, there were large amounts to choose from these various artists, and this was especially great as I have a large wrist and need above average size jewelry.
Next, I was served by a wonderful staff member, Leann (sp?). She spent two hours with me showing me at least 100 high end cuffs, and always patient, very kind and NO hard sell. Perry hired a great employee in Leann and I appreciated her low pressure approach.
Finally, and lucky for me, everything in the shop yesterday was 50% off. WOW, not only did I get a really amazing Aaron Anderson cuff, but I got it half off! I expect Covid-19 is the reason for this sale, and am grateful that I could get such a wonderful deal.
I had to choose between three high end cuffs, and in retrospect wish I’d gotten all three of them. I’m certainly going back on Monday to get the other two if they are still for sale like yesterday. In fact, I’m not going to be doing business at any other Native American jewelry place except Perry Null. I don’t really see a reason to.
I’ll be going back and I think...

Read moreMy wife and I stopped there while we were driving by car cross country. My wife is from the Philippines and she had never seen turquoise jewelry. This place is absolutely amazing. Literally thousands of pieces. The lady who helped us was named erica. I know nothing of turquoise and obviously neither did my wife. I'm sure we asked a lot of stupid questions. Erica was so nice and explained everything thoroughly to us. We bought quite a bit from her and probably spent an hour and a half with her in the store. I can't say enough good about this place. Or about the help we received from erica. I would not consider buying turquoise...
