The Wellness Rock Cafe — Restaurant in Garden City

This business was set up in Livonia Bentley field for a football ball game against our garden city football teams. A woman from the Orioles team was taking a photo of a child in front of a big painted rock. My grandaughter a flag football cheerleader and her friend touched the rock, it was wet and got all over their hands and uniform. I told her go wash it off, as they were walking to bathroom. The woman told girls stop touching, and they did, went and washed up. Came out and the woman walked up to your business running her mouth to your staff, then your staff member came unglued and started screaming at the kids, that they had been warned to stay away. I was standing right next to them at another business next to yours. That is NOT OK to ever scream, I mean very loudly and very mean. And the girls NEVER touched that rock again in the first place. I will NEVER set foot at this business, and I told everyone that would listen the way this crazy person acted towards the girls for absolutely no reason! Br careful who you send out to...

The service at this place is terrible. I have held off on making a review and have given this place multiple chances. I really wanted to enjoy it and love it. However the continued days I pull into the business and they’re not open at business hours, it’s slow(it takes a solid 5-10 min just to get your tea), or you don’t even get greeted when you walk in with some employees. Making a customer wait while you make your pitchers of koolaid is ridiculous…I waited 4 minutes while she did this. I was the only customer in the place and she couldn’t even say “I’ll be right with you” I walked out. Unfortunately that will be the last time I ever step foot in this establishment.
