Burger King — Restaurant in Garden Grove

The Burger King app is AWFUL!! Every time I go to use it, it freezes. I had a special promo that I wanted to use and had to wait over 20 mins to use it. I finally decided to go in to the restaurant to order instead. There was an employee right in front of me and went inside without even holding the door for me. When I said, under my breath, wow, there is customer service for you, she must have heard me because when we entered she looked at me, looked at the counter and saw there was no one there then looked over at the restroom that said, closed and went into the restroom. I went to the counter and placed my order. Of course they said, the promo that I wanted was only available through the app that was frozen. I stood there and showed her it was frozen. She spoke to a manager that said, yes, only through the app. We waited over 5 mins. more. When it asked for the address or store number she said, she didn't know because she was new and wouldn't even ask. I finally get my order and of course, the fries were missing. She apologized but NOT a good experience at this Burger...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING, Today I went with my family at 9:05 pm, to have dinner on International Hamburger Day, they did not let me dine in the dining room, the only one who told me was the manager. , he told me that he was closing because he was tired, and that he went to the Drive Tru, and ordered takeout, I told him the hours are on the front door and he just left me talking to myself!!! Not at all respectful to us who are customers and a lack of respect to tell me that he is alone working and is tired, in the end I had to go somewhere else with my family, I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THIS BURGER KING, THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS!!! BAD...

This Burger King is horrible!! A few of us in line inside waited 10 minutes before I had to ask if we were going to be helped! then looked at me as if I asked something wrong, it appears they were helping everyone in the drive thru driving up and had us waiting after another five minutes before we were helped in taking our order, then another 10-15 minutes for our order to be given to us after all that the fries were cold just horrible service and to top it off the manger was there and did nothing to get her team on top of things nor was it to clean in there NEVER AGAIN!!! they make you pick a star to post it is a negative...
