Lack of customer service issue. I ordered soup, foot long, two chips and a large drink that I planned to eat during my Overnight Caregiving shift. I learned that the employee working was the manager(that's what she told me) and when I asked for a plastic bag to place all my items into she placed the bag on the counter and did not bother to help bag the food items. She proceeded to tell me that I did not need a plastic bag. I told her yes I do because I cannot carry two brown Subway bags plus my Overnight luggages into work. As I am explaining this to her she states I dont care about you or you traveling Overnight. I asked for my receipt and she said no she would not give it and she crinkled the receipt and moved it to the side of the money box. I asked for her name and she said she did not need to tell me her name. I asked for a refund due to poor customer service and she gave me a Voided receipt. I am not clear if the refund took place because Subway staff member turned off the lights inside of Subway, pointed and exclaimed, "Get out!!!"
