Eastgate Park — Attraction in Garden Grove

I haven't been here in a super long time, in my younger 20s and I think late 20s. As always parking is great and the best thing is there is a court for basketball, swimming pool and an area for after school activities. My family had a personal gathering for another family member of ours who passed away the week before. It was such a nice day, people were very polite and the neighbors around the area were in the mixed crowd. I had a great time and missed this park. Came here for the Summer Concert series to see Tijuana Dogs. SUPER FUN!! Great community crowd, nice weather, and a nice event to go to. Bathroom line takes awhile, but it's nice they have restrooms at all! Great playground for kids to exert their energy and a good place for middle/high schoolers to hang out with their friends. Eastgate Park is my secret spot. I go there to get away from the turmoil. When my kids were younger, I used to sit on the bench located right next to the playground and watch the little ones enjoy the play equipment. I recommend Eastgate Park for Parties also.
