Taco Bell — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I have been going to Taco Bell for a long long long time and have never been disappointed until I went to this taco bell, after complaining to manager I was told to come back and receive my order redone and for my trouble I would get coupons for stuff, as I couldn't return the same day I was told the next day would be ok by the manager, Rosa, the next day I went there, now this is not about money or trying to get something for nothing, it was about principal. I have been ordering the same stuff Everytime I go and have always been happy until yesterday when I pulled out a flat 5 layer with hardly anything in it, the next day I went back and spoke with the same manager who made the offer, but only replaced the 5; layer, which was better made, but gave me no coupons like she said and made me feel like I was just trying to get something for nothing, customer service has gone out the window and I refuse to eat at this taco bell or any other until à apology is issued, I work hard for my money and only expect what I pay for, and I believe people should be held accountable for what they say and do, hey manger Rosa, I showed you the picture of it and yet you didn't hold up your end, where was the coupon's you promised for my inconveniences? so the taco bell app and google said this place closes at 1am. Placed an order around 11:30 pm (06/19/2020) on the app and pulled up at 12am. Now they have a sign saying they close at 12 so I pulled up to the window to explain to the guy that I placed an order on the app and was charged. He wouldn’t listen to me or even open the window. He disappears and comes back 10 minutes later saying he called the cops on me. I just wanted to know how to get my money back or at least corporates number, but the guy wouldn’t listen and starts using profanity when I was just trying to explain again why I’m still in the drive thru. I didn’t want to stay and talk to the cops because I’m a man of color and honesty felt like my life would be in danger so I ended up leaving...

Had l horrible experience at this location, order the taco party pack ( half soft tacos and half hard shell tacos) and a iced coffee, through the drive thru. Couldn’t order soda, because the soda machine wasn’t working. After waiting for awhile they told me to pull to the front, after they bring my food order they had forgotten to bring my iced coffee. I also asked for hot sauce, and I didn’t receive any. I left without checking my order, since my wife was running late for work. When I check my order, my order was completely wrong. There was Doritos tacos and some hard shell tacos. The hard shell tacos had some spicy chipotle sauce, my kids couldn’t eat them because it was spicy.
