There is so much to say I don’t know where to begin 🤔!!!! I was referred to HB Auto Sound ( 🚨 before he decided to start his own business with OC Auto Sound 🚨) due to their experience with Tesla’s. After my consultation I immediately knew Mike was “the man!” Mike listened to my vision and goal for the car I would be passing down to my daughter who plays in a band and has a technical ear. He recommended the perfect brand Morel speakers to replace the front stock ones that blew out. He went above and beyond to enhance the experience with insulating the speakers so you can increase the volume while preserving the integrity of sound quality. After a few weeks of enjoying my experience I played with the equalizer and noticed some rattling in the rear passenger side. I brought it back and the rear speakers were shot. Mike provided 2 options to either replace or create an “experience.” I opted for the experience and boy oh boy I’ve never been inside a car and it felt like I was in a concert hall. It was a perfect blend of treble and bass. Mike even customized the woofer in my trunk by placing it in the under space since there is no spare tire in Tesla’s where I just had junk stored (to save as much space in the trunk because my daughter plays multiple sports as well) and he matched the material of the trunk to blend in!

Mike’s passion and knowledge spurred me to heavily encourage him to start his own business and I wanted to be one of the first customers to support him with OC AutoSound!!!!!!! Fast forward the speaker went out in my Polaris Slingshot some time later. I immediately went to Mike and said I wanted another “experience!” I talked about my vision for my sports toy and he nailed it again! Mike always goes the extra mile to say the least he even put grills on my speakers to match the decor of the motorcycle for flare. He had to rewire everything due to the previous installers doing everything incorrectly causing shortages and not even accessing 10% of the subwoofer that was installed 🤦🏾‍♀️. Mike changed my system, radio face plate to be hands free through Apple car play and added a proximity sensor alarm that has completely changed the way we experience our slingshot.

We get attention everywhere more than usual and stopped by so many that the quality of sound is so clear even though the music is “banging!” Even my husband that would never drive it (bought for him for Father’s Day) now can’t stay out of it. My kids didn’t want to ride it in it before because the bass just rattled on their back because the subwoofer was installed in the passenger seat rear space. Now they love turning the volume all the way up because Mike installed it correctly where there is bass but not shaking the passenger seat anymore. Mike was playing Computer Love when I pulled up to pick up and I fell in love. Just when I didn’t think it could get any better Mike came back to do readjustments when I was listening to Kendrick Lamar and Jack Harlow and the sound sounded off. Mike immediately informed me that they use more mid-base drums, live instruments, etc when recording and it would be a simple tweak. After 20 minutes Wellah 🤌🏽. Now we are working on other projects and I can’t wait to refer anyone who wants to listen....

If you want a car stereo system done RIGHT: meticulous, thorough, professional, balanced high quality components, clean installation. And IF you want it to sound Beyond AMAZING: have it all planned out and done here. 👍 Did I mention thorough? I came in for a major upgrade of my 20-year old, 4-speaker system on my ‘67 Mustang. What transpired through the knowledge and skilled hands of Mike was a complete transformation to something I had hoped for - but was still AMAZED with. When I sat in the car and listened to some favorite songs driving home, I swore I heard notes and individual sounds I had not heard before 🎶 (even on my high end home stereo system). After I parked the car in my garage, my wife and I sat and just listened to several songs, really marveling at what we were hearing. My wife said, “You’ll have to come out and sit here and just to listen.” 🎶🎶🎶 In fact, we had to stop and turn it off for fear we would run the car battery down!

Wow, I wanted to get a Bluetooth for my car, because the one the car had was with cassette 😅, and it was broken, I came here and I glad, because Ismael is an honest guy, giving me options and not trying just to sell expensive stuff, just explaining all the options I have, I am happy I can make phone calls (hands free) now, I couldn’t been in a better place, great service, and a reasonable price, thank you!
