Extra Space Storage — Local services in Stanton

My experiennce @ both storage facilities has been very pleasant , & very professionally handled . That is why , I still am using the same Co to store my belongings by moving from Riverside to O.C., , & never looked elsewhere . Jodie @ the Riverside city , on Indiana Avenue , has been very efficient , and always bent backward for me when needs to do . Her thoroughness makes me very happy , as there has never been a mishap in handling my acct. The only draw back about this Co , is whenever I get a promotional rate for a very good good price , they raise their prices after two months , which I found a bit hard to pay due to their steep prices . Also , the Mgt . never told me ahead of time , & thinking I got my price locked for at least a yr , I was in for a shock that left me very emotionally distraught . I've been their loyal customer for a great lenght of time ( 2 yrs ) . At my new storage facility , the Mgr. named Jessica Andrade was just as good & efficient as Jodie from Riverside . I was just as impressed by her great thoroughness in taking the time to explain to me the rules & regulations of my new storage contract , & how very respectful she has been to me through the whole entire process of my signing this contract yesterday . She made me feel so very important , as if I was the queen of this universe ( NO kidding ) , by dedicating her whole undivided attention on to me ! I have to admit that your Co. sure know how to apply such a good etiquette to cater well to us , & potential customers , which to me is the # 1 key to success for a Co . ( Respect , courtesy , integrity , are the # 1 key to success indeed ! )

Last but not least , to all of you , (Mgt. & associates ) , keep doing what you've been doing all along out there , to make Extra Space Co. be a good reflection of your great dedication you have working for them . I have truly wished that this Co would have not been so expensive in price , as I m sure , in a long run , they would be able to keep customers for a lot more longer time , like in my case 2 yrs already , Y E A A A Y !!

Kicking out loyal renters that have been there for years. Tyrannical district manager putting alot of men and their families at risk. Great business has been conducted with this company at this specific location from gardeners, landscapers, swat meet/auction people; and general people. These storages are used and payed for very well. And out of now where this district manager fired the manager Sue that was there for years and years. You heard right Sue Manager who has been named in many review has been fired. Raised the rents on the storage units exponentially in Stanton, which is the poorest city in orange county. If I'm not mistaken stanton declared bankruptcy not too long ago. I believe this district manager is named Margaret. Raising rents on rodent infested and poorly maintained units is a horrible business decision in my opinion. Even if people were too stay ignoring the severe price hike there are now added restrictions that make these units un rentable forcing a massive migration of people to other storages leaving this location dry. Always know your market before backstabbing your loyal select customers. Know your market and your customer. Being forced out of our units is a blow to our economic stability. We all renters hope for the best for our businesses and our wellbeing and families. A realistic and honest review. Reality...

The hours are great the staff are great and are always working to keep the place clean . I was there a little over 4 years and was very happy there unfortunately one issue caused me to have to vacate the property this issue regarded an assistant manager named Yvette. Drama ensued while My boyfriend and I had separate units there . Apparently she didn't like us to be near each other on the property and tried her best to keep us apart which made me question her about this. I felt singled out and picked on which made me very uncomfortable there. When I notified the manager I got no reply . A week later I was accused of harassment and was told I had 3 days to vacate my unit and the property . I spoke to the district manager and after hearing my side of the story he let me have a month to vacate the property which I went peacefully but still feel I was treated very unfairly and asked to leave a place I was happy at . I would have loved to give this place five stars except for this...
