I picked up a to go order for a coworker and myself, when I got back to my office she discovered her sandwich was made incorrectly and she was missing her ranch on the side. I called back and explained it was wrong-Evelyn (OWNER) said she could refund me or remake the sandwich, it was my coworkers lunch so I asked her to remake it. I had to leave my office again to pick up the new sandwich-when I walked in Evelyn (OWNER) handed it to me without any apologies-I wasn't mad, mistakes are made. To save myself another trip (on my lunch break mind you) I checked to make sure the sandwich was correct. SHE PROCEEDED TO CAUSE A SCENE ASKING IF I WAS REALLY GOING TO CHECK THE SANDWICH THAT SHE PERSONALLY MADE, LOUDLY IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I was speechless and embarrassed. This is what Southern food is all about, comfort food that fulfills you to the...
Read moreMy food was edible but my friends wasn't. They had a lot of staff but they weren't working. The biggest offender was the woman that was supposed to be our waitress. We decided to let them know how bad my friends food was. We tried flagging our waitress, then we started calling for her and waving our arms in the air. Finally another customer touched her arm and pointed to us. She came over and we told her but we must have been speaking a foreign language. She never said that she was sorry or asked if we wanted something else. She just turned and...
